For the focal plane shutter of most SLR cameras, there are two curtains in front of the sensor. After pressing the shutter, first the first curtain is raised, the shutter opens and allows light to hit the sensor. Then, when the predetermined exposure time is up, the second curtain follows the movement of the first curtain and blocks the light, causing the sensor to stop receiving light.
The most basic and minimum requirement for a photo is that the picture should be clear. If you want to take a handheld photo without blur, the simplest way is to shutter fast enough, but if the shutter is too fast, exposure may occur. Inadequate situation.
So after continuous shooting, the photographer came up with a theory of the slowest shutter value without shaking, which is the well-known safety shutter .
Traditionally, the simple and general definition of safe shutter is that the shutter value is not slower than the reciprocal of the focal length of the lens. If you are using 35mm, the shutter value is generally 1/35 and you can take a photo without hand shake.
In a dim environment, when shooting with the 30mm focal length of the lens, you must ensure that the shutter speed is faster than 1/30s.
Only in this way can the digital photos taken be guaranteed to be clearer and the shooting be successful. If you are using a full-frame camera with a 24-70mm lens, then the safety shutter when the lens is at the widest end of 24mm is 1/24s, and conversely when the lens is at the 70mm end, the safety shutter becomes 1/70s.
