I saw a question on Zhihu today. Is there a way to let go of someone I've liked for a long time? I'm really tired of getting no response from the dialog box? Doesn't everyone go through such a period of time? Everyone has someone in their heart that they can't let go of.

I saw a question on Zhihu today. Is there a way to let go of someone I have liked for a long time? I am really tired of getting no response from the dialog box?

When you first saw this question, did you suddenly feel as if you had fallen into an ice cellar, feeling chilled from the top of your heart to your toes? Doesn't everyone go through such a period of time? Everyone has someone in their heart that they can't let go of. Although he seemed calm on the outside, he was feeling worse than anyone else on the inside. You can only suppress your inner impulse and tell yourself over and over again that you can't, but it will ultimately be of no use. You can deceive others, but you can't deceive yourself.

So in order to seek liberation, you ask Buddha if there is a great method for liberation.

Buddha said: Let me tell you a story!

Once upon a time there was a scholar who made an appointment with his fiancée to get married on a certain day of a certain year and month. On that day, the fiancée married someone else. The scholar was so shocked that he fell ill. At this time, a monk passing by took out a mirror from his arms and asked the scholar to look at it.
The scholar saw the vast sea, and a murdered woman was lying naked on the beach. A person passed by, took a look, shook his head, and left. Another person passed by, took off his clothes, covered the woman's body, and left. Another person passed by, went over, dug a hole, and carefully buried the body. The monk explained that the female corpse on the beach was your fiancée's previous life.
You are the second person who passed by and gave him a piece of clothing. She falls in love with you in this life just to repay your love. But the person she ultimately wanted to repay her whole life was the person who buried her in the end, and that person was her current husband. The scholar has great enlightenment and recovers from his illness.

I don’t know if this is a method of liberation. If the person on the other side of the dialog box is the female/male corpse you died on the beach, then you may be the first person to pass by. You have never given her/him any favors in your previous life. Then she/he naturally doesn't have to tangle with you. What she/he wants to repay is the person who buried him/her in the previous life!

So, let it go, the cycle of life and death has its own cause and effect. Have kind thoughts in your heart and do more good deeds. Maybe the person you buried in your previous life is waiting to repay you! !
