: Breaking this aspect means seeing through the essence of everything, directly looking through the fake face on its surface, and restoring its original face.
First of all, we must understand that all things are changing in nature. No matter is eternal and fixed. All things are combined in change. All things are composed of the four false combinations.
Our body is also composed of the four elements and five aggregates . In other words, all things are not original, but processed through different combinations. Then everything processed is of course an illusory form, not its original primitive reality.
is like a car. It does not exist in primitively, but is processed by various parts.
So you have to admit that all appearances are illusory appearances, then these four appearances are not their original appearance. Therefore, the self-image is not real, the human-image is not real, the sentient beings are not real, and the longevity-image is not real, they are all illusory false combinations, all formed in changes.
If you cannot see through this illusion, you will regard the illusion as real, bewildered by the illusion, and mistakenly regard the body as the whole of your real pursuit. Living in the illusion and going in the wrong direction, of course, they are all wrong knowledge and views, wrong concepts, wrong behaviors and karma, wrong habits and wrong karma. These things firmly kidnap you, and have been kidnapped by your own karma since you were born.
The ordinary people are confused and deluded in illusions, contrary to the nature of nature, distort their original heart, and become a delusional mind, deceived, fooled by external false appearances, clinging to, thinking that this body is me, mistakenly thinking that there is birth, old age, sickness and death, so that they will be greedy for life and fear of death, worry about gains and losses, and troubles and pains follow like shadows, and greed, anger, ignorance, arrogance and doubt will never be eliminated.
This way, you will be completely reversal and completely lost your true heart. Everyone, not knowing your true heart means losing your true heart and trapping yourself in the cage of this illusion and unable to get out.
So we do not live out the freedom and liberation of our hearts, live in all kinds of fears, concerns, hatred, jealousy, and comparison, constantly seeking greed, and satisfying our own selfish desires by any means, and are controlled by the impermanent and false mind.
Our biggest enemy is not everything outside, but our own confused and illusory mind. To break the four aspects, we must personally realize that the four aspects are all illusions, and to know that illusions are separated, and to be free from illusions are awakened, and to return to the original mind that is originally without birth and death. Then when you stand in the world of the mind and look at all things in the universe, you will find that the Tao can be said to be extraordinary. This world is not the world but is called the world. These four aspects are not the four aspects are called the four aspects. These sentient beings are not sentient beings, but are called sentient beings.
All enlightened people stand at the source of their original heart to look at all things in the universe. There is only one original heart, that is, the hearts of sentient beings are the same original heart. Only when the mind is confused, they are called sentient beings, and when the mind is awake, they are called Buddha and Tao.
Once the four phases are broken, your heart will become infinitely strong, infinitely free, infinitely happy
