Farewell, Ganzhou Trade Union

In early winter, the breeze is gentle and the warm sun shines brightly. In this beautiful season, I will bid farewell to the Ganzhou District Federation of Trade Unions and bid farewell to my colleagues who have been with me day and night. At this moment, facing familiar faces and looking back at the familiar past, it is "even if my heart has thousands of words, it is hard to say when I speak to my mouth."
In August 2006, I was organized to work in the trade union. In the blink of an eye, 16 years and 3 months have passed (the last 13 months have been in non-leadership positions), and more than 5,930 days and nights are placed in the long history of Ganzhou , but it is just a flash of time and a flash of fingers; however, for me, it is the most unforgettable, precious and memorable time in my life.
From the moment I became the chairman of the District Federation of Trade Unions, I did not dare to relax for a moment, dared not slack off for a day, and always maintained the sense of urgency of "10,000 years too long, seize the day". For the reform and development of the Ganzhou Trade Union, I injected all my energy and hard work, and integrated all my joys and sorrows. It is also here that I have received the most rare tempering, the most comprehensive sublimation, and the richest harvest; it is the Ganzhou Trade Union that nourished me, cultivated me, and made me successful. It can be said that every day I work together with trade union cadres and staff is a blessing in my life, and it is the most precious wealth in my life.
If a person stays in the same place for a long time, he will easily develop feelings. This kind of feelings are like the flowing water of the Black River. The source is just a small tributary. The wider it goes to the back, and the deeper it goes to the back.
I can't forget a group of " union people" in Ganzhou. From members of the leadership team, cadres of the agency, and members of the trade union to more than 1,000 grassroots trade union chairmen and group leaders, we have worked together for 15 years to build a new world for Ganzhou trade union. Every day in the union, we have worked hard, struggled, laughed, and moved together.
I can't forget the scenes of a group of people working together in the work positions of collective wage negotiations , standardized construction of grassroots organizations, mutual assistance guarantees , employee vocational skills training, vocational skills competitions, trade union organization establishment, etc.; I can't forget the scene of more than 1,000 grassroots organizations coming one after another, although immature but interesting activities, and the grand scene of uniting and leading the masses to build a "happy and beautiful new Ganzhou" through activities.
I can't forget the hardships of a group of trade union organizers from a laid-off female worker in the "4050" to an expert in trade union worker; I can't forget the scene of 25 organizers squeezing in an office with only 42 square meters and studying for 7 years; I can't forget the little things about me and I from being in the early 40s to today's grandparents; I can't forget the enthusiasm and heroism of them and me to devote the most precious time in their lives to the Ganzhou Trade Union.
It is gratifying that through everyone's joint efforts, the work of Ganzhou Trade Union has many highlights and wonderful things. Since 2014, the Gansu Provincial Federation of Trade Unions has held "provincial trade union fund collection and management on-site meeting", "provincial workers' assistance work on-site meeting", "Gansu Provincial Wage Collective Consultation on-site observation meeting", and "provincial grassroots trade union organizations standardized construction on-site meeting" in the Ganzhou District for five consecutive years. The leaders of the provincial, municipal, county and districts who attended the meeting highly praised the work of the Ganzhou District trade union, and these on-site meetings also presented the highlights and excitement of the Ganzhou trade union work from all aspects.
In the past fifteen years, the District Federation of Trade Unions has been successively rated as "Advanced County and District of Grassroots Trade Union Organization Construction in the Province", "Advanced Collective for the Education and Training of Trade Unions Cadres in the Province", "Advanced Collective for the Finance and Accounting in the Province of Trade Unions", and awarded the honorary title of "Five Good County and District Trade Unions in Gansu Province"; it has also been awarded the "Advanced Collective for the National Trade Union Implementing the Three-Year Plan for Wage Collective Consultation" and "Advanced Collective for the National Workers Mutual Aid and Guarantee".Over the past 15 years, Ganzhou District has successively 188 collectives (including 5 national level, 42 provincial level, 10 municipal level, and 131 district level) have been commended by all levels as advanced collectives such as " Workers Pioneer " and "May 1 Labor Certificate"; 510 cadres and employees (including 11 national level, 5 provincial level, 120 municipal level, and 374 district level) have been awarded the honorary titles of " Labor Model ", "Advanced Worker", and "May 1 Labor Medal". In September 2009, I was also awarded the honorary title of "National Outstanding Trade Union Worker" and was awarded the " National May 1st Labor Medal ". I am also very honored to speak on stage at the "National Report on Advanced Deeds of Outstanding Trade Union Cadres" in September 2009 and the "National Trade Union Grassroots Work Conference" in March 2019, introducing the work of Ganzhou Trade Unions to colleagues across the country. In particular, the new office building with a capacity of more than 4,600 square meters was built, and the dilemma of 25 people crowded into an office of 42 square meters was bid farewell to the dilemma of working and studying.
The above achievements are the greatest reward and comfort to all Ganzhou "trade unionists" in their hard work! ! !
People, meeting is fate, and getting together is also fate. We gather because of fate, and we are loved because of gathering.
I am attached to this group of Ganzhou "trade unionists" who dare to be the first and are good at innovation, and I am attached to this unforgettable and unforgettable work experience.
I and the spring breeze are all passing by, and I sincerely wish you all the best Heihe . In the future, I will no longer be the "construction team leader" of the Ganzhou Trade Union, but I will always be the "cheerleader" of the Ganzhou Trade Union. I will always pay attention to the Ganzhou Trade Union that I have devoted all my efforts, wish the Ganzhou Trade Union, and miss the Ganzhou Trade Union. I will always cheer for every achievement of the Ganzhou Trade Union, be happy every little progress, and be proud of every step of development.
The green mountains are still there, and the Black River flows forever. Work together for life and be friends.
