工程师的些许工作体会和心得
1. 如果愿景（Vision）是你要去向哪里，那么文化（Culture）则确保你可以抵达目标。
2. 产品、技术、服务。企业提供的就是这三种，但最终是服务。
3. 工程思维：思路清晰、逻辑完整 、论据充分 。工程师用数据说话。
4. Perform the functions reliably, and economically.可靠的，经济的实现功能。
5. Rigorous , practical , progressive , creative,timely, thoughtful, and complete. 严谨、务实、进步、创新、及时、周到、完整。
6. 矛盾、问题推动技术发展。其实也是推动人类发展。
7. 流程性工作交给机器人。人去做创造性的工作。
8. 工程师需要面对的问题：
1) 一个新的设计如何开始？How to start a new design?
2) 产品为什么会失效, 如何解决？Why it fails，how to solve it?
9. Anyone can bolt, weld, or cobble together something then break it.The wizardry of engineering is the ability to do 99% of this quickly using calculation, simulation, and accumulated knowledge.Our customers pay us to be wizards, not run of the mill craftspeople.任何人都可以用螺栓、焊接或拼凑东西来完成。工程学的神奇之处在于，它能够利用计算、模拟和积累的知识快速完成99%的工作。我们的客户花钱花钱请我们当奇才，而不是普通的工匠。
10. 将研发过程中做的决定思考过程记录下来，有借鉴意义。
11. 变量是人类思维的提升。
12. 先罗列出约束条件。在这基础框架上进行思考。
