My personal suggestion is to give priority to Taobao C stores, followed by JD and Tmall, and finally consider Douyin and Pinxixi.

The reasons are as follows:

first, the threshold is high and low.

Taobao Tmall’s platform system is relatively complete, Taobao waiter’s service is relatively good, and the judgment of dispute orders is relatively fair and just, and the entry threshold for Taobao C-store is relatively low. As long as Taobao studies operational technology carefully, it is possible to choose the right product, but it is not as easy as before. The threshold for entering JD.com is too high, similar to a Tmall store, and requires a series of documents such as a business license. Therefore, unless you own a company, don’t set up Tmall stores and JD stores. Douyin is a hype. Douyin is basically a live streaming product. Talents with live streaming talents can try it, otherwise it will be difficult to do it. There are many companies around our company that do this. The professional live streaming team I hired is still in vain and the losses are serious. Pinxixi has the lowest threshold, is relatively simple to operate, and is quick to get started, but it hurts the liver to do it. His Xiaoer's quality is also relatively low and his service is very poor!

Taobao funds are safe and well-established. They will not be fined at will, nor will they freeze merchant funds at will, and they can also collect payments in advance. The user class of Taobao and Tmall are basically the same as the user group of JD.com. Relatively speaking, the literacy and consumption capacity are also higher than other platforms. As long as your product is OK and your operating model is good, you will basically have good returns. Douyin’s user base is quite diverse, so the coverage is good. The user group of Pinxixi is relatively low, and the platform's various rules are overly biased towards buyers. The waiter's penalty is basically unprincipled and favors buyers, so there are many free parties. If you have a bad mentality and temper, don't build this platform.

At present, e-commerce is still the strongest on Taobao, followed by JD.com, Pinxixi is the third, and other platforms occupy too little market share. Tmall Taobao will be difficult to be surpassed in the next 10 years, but it needs to regain its original intention and find a better operating model. JD.com's model is also very competitive and is the only one that can compete with Tmall and Taobao in the future. Pinxiximo is on the decline. Since the second half of 2021, a large number of merchants have returned to Taobao. There are two reasons. The first is that Pinxixi's growth has stagnated and the price war is serious.
