After expert review, it is believed that this project aims at the common industry pain points of cut tobacco such as low recovery rate, poor purity and large crushing of shredded tobacco that are common in the current processing of defective cigarettes in the tobacco industry. It has formed air separation, steam humidification and cut tobacco screening. The integration and optimization technology of the grading process has improved the current level of defective smoke treatment technology. Based on the principles of friction and extrusion, the project proposed a new process for processing medium-thin and defective cigarettes, developed a 50kg/h online processing equipment for defective cigarettes, improved the traditional processing technology for defective cigarettes, and formed a medium-thin and defective cigarette industry. The online processing mode solves the problems of low cut tobacco recovery rate and poor purity in the current processing of medium and small defective cigarettes. Based on the principle of combining electrostatic and vacuum adsorption, the project proposes a new process for removing impurities from shredded tobacco, and develops a 500kg/h recycled shredded tobacco impurity removal equipment, which solves the problems of poor impurity removal effect and high shredded tobacco shredding rate in the current treatment process of defective tobacco. problem. The process methods proposed by the project have formed two Yunnan China Tobacco enterprise standards. The research results have been demonstrated and applied in Hongyun Honghe Tobacco (Group) Co., Ltd., and the shredded tobacco recovery rates of regular cigarettes and slim cigarettes have been improved respectively. By 9.02 and 11.03 percentage points, it created a direct economic benefit of 30.2642 million yuan, with significant cost reduction and expenditure saving benefits, and has good application prospects and promotion and application value. This project has reached the international leading level in defective smoke treatment technology and equipment. After a comprehensive review by the expert group, the participating experts unanimously agreed that the "Innovation and Application of Key Process Technologies and Equipment for Defective Smoke Treatment" project passed the scientific and technological achievement evaluation.
