New Year's Day
In a blink of an eye, it was New Year's Day in 2003. The school was preparing to hold a party, so it was scheduled for our class. Then the students from the first and second grades of junior high school gathered together. I remember that the arrangement started that afternoon. At that time, the school was near the villages in the countryside, and the students were from several nearby villages. After dinner at home in the evening, I started to dress myself up because I could see her. It was the first time I could see her for a long time. I still remember that I wiped my clothes over and over with a wet towel, and combed my hair in front of the mirror. Many people had gathered in the class. My eyes must have searched for her. I still clearly remember that she was wearing a red coat that night. The party soon began. I forgot about other programs. I only remember a girl danced a rabbit dance (a very popular dance in that era), and then the others sang a few songs. It was about 9 o'clock, and the New Year's Day program ended. Of course, New Year's Day night just started. The classmates who didn't leave moved their benches and sat together to watch a movie on the DVD player. A Stephen Chow 's main horror movie "Returning to the Soul". Unfortunately, I couldn't sit with her. I looked at her from time to time throughout the night, and sometimes the eyes of the two people also looked at each other. But what did I think? I didn't say a word to her all night, but the two of them kept catching up.
During the holiday
The winter vacation is coming, and we are all on holidays. When we think about it taking a long time to see her, we feel difficult. Maybe I have thought about her every day and dreamed about her at night. I actually dreamed of her for several nights in a row. I can also solve the pain of longing forever when I can't see her. When fate comes, you feel incredible. That day should be the second day of the New Year. On the way back from my relatives, I met her at a corner. I actually met her, sitting in an exposed carriage. Although I couldn't speak, I felt happy to meet her again. Finally, I waited for the start of the school season in 2003, and as usual, I met her, sometimes saw her, sometimes dreamed of her, and sometimes I said a few simple words. The first half of 2003 was short. Due to SARS, I remember that I had a holiday early. I never thought that this parting was never seen again.
