Below I will tell a story, a story about how Eriksen and the coaching fire in our hands are passed on.
In the years when Coach Eriksen was first established, we brought a brand new coaching team to Antalya City (Turkey ) to participate in the "World Game Conference" we once held.
Antalya City is located in Türkiye. The coast of the event is surrounded by beautiful scenery. There are also many ancient Roman ruins, which can be traced back to more than 2,500 years ago. When I was staying in the hotel, I heard someone say there is a special mountain here called Mount Olympus in Turkey .
Today many people know that there is an Mount Olympus , but the most primitive Mount Olympus is in Türkiye. I learned and recorded the origin of this mountain in detail.
First of all, Mount Olympus in Türkiye is the truly primitive peak, and ancient books have also been recorded, and some books have also been mentioned first.
Like the early "Ulysses" , it talks about a long time ago a group of explorers trekking on the shore here. They saw the light shining above the distant mountains, and it shines extremely in the darkness.
So they turned to the top of the mountain to climb. You can imagine a group of explorers who are not afraid of dangers and just to see the light source with their own eyes.
And what really caught my eye was A ball of fire - a fire pit burning on the top of Mount Olympus. This fire pit has been around for a long time, and the fire is smudged in the mountains.
So stories about the gods were circulated, like a god descending to the earth - it is Goddess of wisdom Helen. Legend has it that she rode unicorn to the fire pit to absorb the energy of wisdom.
When I learned about this, I arranged a drive to take the team and came to the foot of Mount Olympus. There was a small road leading directly to the top of the mountain. We climbed up in one hour.
After I arrived at the fire pit, our coaches and lecturers sat on the top of the mountain. We talk about the coach's mental journey, and we collided with many sparks of inspiration, and shared the random thoughts about the meaning of life triggered by the flames jumping in front of us.
I also know that this fire pit will never be extinguished, and even if people splash it with water, it will still be ineffective. Is the state of
Is this very similar to that of a coach?
Yes, the fire of the coach is bright and bright, endless. It helps people see their inner desires and change happens.
This experience impressed me, and then happened to catch up with Eriksen needing a new logo. Suddenly, a light of inspiration took me back to my past. I stood beside the fire and could see 4 flames, and their existence complemented the potential of human beings. On the basis of
, it also extends four dimensions of human self-growth and development, which can truly help people have the ability to always be aware of the present.
Regarding the four flames, we interpret them in the language of the coach.
First of all, "Strengthen the Body" . We must fully maintain the coaching state at the moment, from adjusting our physiological functions to the output pronunciation and intonation, and truly build a bridge of heart to communicate with others.
We also need the flow of emotions, which is the meaning of the second flame.We support customers to "expand social relationship capabilities" .
With our help, customers will step on the thorns and shrubs entangled in their bodies and bravely move towards the top of the mountain of awareness. Throw away the "bonds" and "ego", and "long-lasting fear" and walk with all your heart and mind.
The beam of "Enlightenment" , which deepens the relationship with others, has also ignited the third beam of "Intention" which is a very meaningful light, which is to do its best to stimulate customers' creativity.
Ask questions creatively with the coach, and we did not pause throughout the whole process because the light of intuition will lead the coach's dialogue process all the way. You will see a light spot at the end jumping out of the darkness.
Finally, the fourth flame was ignited, giving everything "Answer" , and the coach fully awakened every corner of others' thoughts.
We hold the torch carrying four flames in our hands, and pass the light source of awareness to one person after another, and Eriksen is the founder of this great project.
