6. Event scale
Due to epidemic prevention and control requirements, the number of people who register for each sub-station competition shall not exceed 300, and the full report shall be automatically terminated.
7. Qualifications for participation
1. Due to the epidemic, athletes participating in the competition must be Tai'an City household registration or have been working and living in Tai'an City for a long time.
(1) Tai'an household registration contestant has the original ID card to register.
(2) Non-locals who are working in Tai'an City must hold the original ID card and the original social security card for more than one year (both of the two certificates are indispensable) or those who purchase real estate locally can also register with the original real estate certificate (the name of the real estate certificate must be the same as the ID card).
(3) All athletes who register for the competition must bring the original second-generation resident ID card of the People's Republic of China (athletes outside the province must bring the original social security card or real estate certificate) before going on the field. Before each game, the referee will conduct a check on the spot, and those who lack any certificate are not allowed to participate.
2. Athletes must be over 30 years old (born before December 31, 1992), under 70 years old (born after January 1, 1952), and above 65 years old (inclusive) must submit their health examination report within one month before the start date to sign up for the competition.
3. Athletes participating in the competition are not allowed to participate in both competitions.
4. Participants can participate in the competition at their place of household registration or work (providing social security card or real estate certificate). They are not allowed to register across regions or across regions to participate in the competition. Each athlete is not allowed to register for the competition repeatedly. If the athlete is violated, the athlete’s qualifications for the two teams in the front and rear teams are cancelled.
5. Table tennis players who have registered with the General Administration of Sports of China, the former State Sports Commission, and provinces and cities, and have changed their ID number, names and foreigners are not allowed to participate.
6. Participants must be healthy and suitable for table tennis. Those who have cardiovascular system, respiratory system and other diseases and are not suitable for participating in sports activities in the near future cannot participate in this competition. If they forcibly participate in this competition, they will bear all the consequences caused by this. Any physical or psychological accidental injury during the competition will be the responsibility of the athlete himself. The organizer, league organizing committee and organizer shall not bear any responsibility.
7. Participants strictly follow the epidemic prevention and control requirements, take good protection, wear masks, measure body temperature, and present Shandong Electronic Health Pass code, "Communication Big Data Itinerary Card" green code, and provide a 48-hour nucleic acid test report. If the participating athletes' body temperature exceeds 37.3℃, the organizing committee will not allow athletes to participate.
8. Before the competition, the participating team must sign and submit the voluntary responsibility letter (Appendix I) and the epidemic prevention and control commitment letter (Appendix II) and the health examination report of athletes over 65 years old must start the competition.
8. Competition method
1. The terms not specified in the following rules shall be implemented for additional implementation of the latest " Table Tennis Competition Rules " approved by the Chinese Table Tennis Association and the latest rules announced by the ITTF .
2. 15 minutes before each round of competition begins, each team leader must go to the referee group to collect and fill in the match appearance list in accordance with the regulations of the organizing committee. The list of appearances must be clear and must not be altered. Once submitted, it must not be changed.
3, each stage competition system
(1) Branch competition:
Phase 1: Adopt a single round-robin match, each team competition is played for three games, each game has two wins, and each game has 11 points system;
Phase 2: Teams that win the top two in each group in the first stage of the branch competition are adopted to determine 1-4. Each team competition has three games and two wins, with 11 points per game;
(2) Finals:
Phase 1: The participating teams that won the first place in the branch competition have a total of 16 teams. They adopt a group single round-robin match, with three games in each team competition, with 11 points per game;
Phase 2: The participating teams that won the top two in each group in the first stage of the finals adopt an elimination play-off to determine 1-4, each team competition has three games, with 11 points per game.
①If a team that has been qualified for promotion cannot participate in the finals, the team will be replaced according to the ranking of the city sub-stop.
② Teams participating in the finals shall not replace their team members.
③Any team participating in the finals ranking (1-4th place) will abstain. According to the competition needs, the organizing committee will choose to substitute or not substitute the participating team based on the results of the last or previous rounds of the finals.
④The champion team of the Urban Amateur Table Tennis League organized by the local table tennis association in Tai'an City can represent Tai'an City in the "Qilu Bank Cup" 2022 Shandong First Amateur Table Tennis League Finals. Tai'an City competition events and participation requirements must be consistent with the "Qilu Bank Cup" 2022 Shandong's first Amateur Table Tennis League.
4, the sub-station competition and the first stage of the finals, the points are calculated based on the number of wins and losses. For example, 3 points are given to the winner, and 0 points are given to the loser; 2:1, 2 points are given to the winner, and 1 point is given to the loser; if the abstained, 3 points are given to the winner, and 0 points are given to the loser.
5. The order of appearances in team competitions is:
Game 1: Men's singles (age must be over 50 years old)

6. In each team competition, each athlete only appears once and cannot play both games.
7. The game uses Aoyou Seamless Table Tennis 40+ Samsung White Game Ball.
8. The racket is provided with its own black side and non-black side. The covering used to hit the ball must have the ITTF ITTF logo and cannot be physical or chemically treated. The number of particles of 1 square centimeter of is 10-30. If there is a particle defect within 1 cm of the edge, it is allowed to be used. If there is a defect in the center of the ball hitting area, it is also not allowed to be used.
9. All athletes on the field must bring valid certificates required for the competition.
10. All participating teams must wear sports T-shirts distributed by the organizing committee to play.
11. During the game or at the end of the round, the ball was found to break and the ball was re-served.
12. Impersonation or fraud is strictly prohibited. Once discovered, the team will be disqualified from this competition.
13. Each team participates in the competition on time. Each game arrives at the competition venue 15 minutes in advance according to the arrangement time. If the arrangement time exceeds 15 minutes, the right to be abstained.
14. The competition progress of each table is different. The referee has the right to make adjustments. It is deemed to be a secondary arrangement. All teams are requested to obey the dispatch.
9. Registration methods and requirements
1. Registration time: The deadline is five days before the competition start date.
2. After the registration is completed, the one-day public announcement period will automatically enter, and no replacement of personnel will be allowed after the public announcement period.
3. Each participating team can register for 4-6 athletes (including substitutes).
4. Each person is limited to represent one team to participate in the competition and no repeated registration is allowed. If you find that athletes have repeated competitions across cities and cities, all results of the two teams will be cancelled.
5. Registration fee: 50 yuan per person. Each athlete who registers will receive a sports T-shirt (value: 139 yuan), and will be paid according to the actual number of applicants for each team.
6. Once the registration is successful, the registration fee will not be refunded.

9. Participants purchase insurance on their own. If there is an accident, the organizer, the league organizing committee and the organizer will not bear any corresponding legal liability.
10. Athletes participating in the competition shall bear the cost of food, accommodation and transportation.
10. Admission ranking and rewards
1. Sub-station competition rewards: 5,000 yuan in cash, 3,000 yuan in cash, 2,000 yuan in cash, and 1,000 yuan in cash in the third place. Each participating team must attend the award ceremony of the sub-station competition (more than 80% of the teams will not be paid). The first place will be awarded a promotion certificate, and all the bonuses of the teams participating in the finals will be paid after the finals award ceremony.

3. 1. Qualification review
1. Valid appeal period: If each participating team finds a question about the qualifications of the participants and needs to appeal, it must be done within the public announcement period. During the public announcement period, each team will supervise each other. If any violation is found, the person who discovers the discovery must report it in his real name and provide relevant evidence. After verification, their qualifications will be disqualified. No reports are accepted at the competition site.
2. Competition site inspection: Participants must show their second-generation resident ID card before the competition. Foreign personnel must show their second-generation resident ID card and social security card or real estate certificate and submit it to the on-site referee and the other party for verification. The name and number of the valid certificate must match the registration information. The certificate must be used by the contestant himself. If fraud, impersonation, or use forged documents, once discovered, not only will the entire team be disqualified from the competition qualification, but it will be reported to the public security department for processing if necessary.
12. Arbitration committee and referee
1. The composition and scope of responsibilities of the arbitration committee personnel are implemented in accordance with the provisions of the "Regulations on the Arbitration Committee of the General Administration of Sport of China".
2. The head of the referee and referee in the city sub-stop competition are selected by the event organizing committee.
3. During the competition, athletes should obey the referee management. When they express disapproval of the decisions made by the relevant referees, they may file a complaint with the referee. The referee’s decision is the final decision; when they have different views on the decisions made by the referee on issues related to competition management that are not included in the rules or regulations, they may file a complaint with the Competition Management Committee, and the decision made by the committee is the final decision.
4. In order to ensure a good atmosphere of the competition and ensure the smooth progress of the competition, the organizing committee has the right to impose penalties for disqualification and results in the competition in accordance with relevant regulations for participating teams and athletes who commit fraud, make unreasonable trouble, delay competition, interfere with competition, strike, etc.
13. Other matters
1. This league is a voluntary table tennis event, creating a communication platform for table tennis enthusiasts. Each participating team must participate in the competition with the spirit of friendship first and competition second.
2. All participating teams and individuals must agree to authorize the organizer and designated media to use their portraits, names, images and other personal information for free for the promotion and publicity of this event.
3. The league organizing committee has a league working group. In addition to the personnel decided by the organizing committee, the leaders of each participating team will automatically become staff members and jointly organize the competition under the leadership of the league organizing committee.
4. Unfinished matters will be notified separately. The interpretation of these regulations belongs to the league organizing committee.
