First run: Yangzhou Half Marathon

Because the equipment under my feet is not well-dressed, Yangzhou Half Marathon, when I ran 10 kilometers, my feet were worn out and blood oozes out. Because there will be the Capital University Games afterwards, you can't get hurt or fight hard. So, what I thought for the first time was: retiring.

But sadly, there was no containment car in the middle, and you had to wait until after the game to ride. I thought to myself, instead of waiting like this, I might as well move forward. So, I took off my shoes and started walking. But the road was too awkward. After walking for a while, I quickly put on my shoes, but didn't tie my shoelaces. I was half-worn and finished the second half.

When I first started walking, I was in a very bad mood and very depressed. I felt that I must create PW, and I cried a little bit in the middle. Sadly, it was photographed by the photographer. But later, I was caught up by a lot of runners. They ran and chatted with me. We went to the supply station to get something to eat. It was quite interesting. Finally, we reached the end with everyone and we were very happy. I found that running to the back of the marathon is more interesting than running to the front.

In May, I was super busy.

After returning from Wuxi in March, I started to prepare for the Capital University Games in May and the National University Games in July. In addition, I will also participate in the 5000 and 10000 of the school games.

So, this For several months, I practiced speed on the playground, running very little. During that time, I practiced twice a day and ran in the morning and afternoon. I added a lot of special events of 300 meters, 400 meters, 1000 meters, and 2000 meters. I had to go to classes at ordinary times and I didn't have time to prepare for the marathon.

What worries me the most is that overtraining leads to excessive fatigue, a decrease in white blood cells, and a particularly slow recovery.

I finished training at that time, and I passed directly after the class on Friday. Before the Yinchuan Half Marathon, I had been training at a low altitude, and it was a bit uncomfortable to go to the plateau all at once.

In front of me, I have been running at a pace of 340. When I ran to 7 or 8 kilometers, I started to feel uncomfortable, breathing confusion and a little altitude sickness. Crash landed to 430. In the end, it finished the game in 1 hour and 23 minutes and won the second place in China.

After this time, I have a psychological shadow of altitude sickness.

This is my second crash.

Reasons for the crash: 1. The pre-race intensity was too high; 2. There was no special training for the marathon; 3. The altitude sickness.

The third crash: Lanzhou Marathon

Status: The most tragic, the result is 2 hours and 58 minutes

The Lanzhou Marathon crash, until now , I feel sad when I think of it.

Lanzhou Marathon was one week after Yinchuan Half Marathon. After participating in the Yinchuan Half Marathon, I returned to Beijing to attend classes. After class on Friday, I arrived in Lanzhou.

This competition, I put more pressure on myself, for three reasons:

1. This is the most important competition of my sponsor China Jordan. It is a double gold label event. Sponsors are disappointed;

2. My father, uncle, coach, teammates, etc. have all arrived in Lanzhou, so I can’t let them down;

3. That day was the fourth anniversary of my running, I want to run well Achievements, can't let yourself down.

But before participating in Yinchuan Half Marathon, one is that my body has not recovered, and the other is that I have a fear of altitude sickness, so I have a faint worry in my heart.

No matter how much you worry about it! This is my most important game, it must be PB. "It's ridiculous to think about it now, I was thinking of PB at the time."

So, at the beginning of the game, I followed the pace of 240 finishes. But in the Lanzhou Marathon, it is difficult to PB under normal conditions in all aspects of the body, let alone I am uncomfortable in all aspects.

really. At 13 kilometers, as soon as the sun rose, I started to feel so difficult. At that time, the body reacted very badly, the legs were heavy, the breathing rhythm was chaotic, and the pace dropped again and again. Menstruation, temperature, altitude, and physical fitness all make me extremely tired. In this process, I have thought of giving up countless times, but I can only hold on and hold on again, moving my legs mechanically, relying solely on willpower to fight.

When I crossed the line at the finish line, my movements had been deformed and my face was very hideous. After crossing the line, although I took the first place in the domestic women's rankings, I was not happy at all. I couldn't help crying. I felt so sorry for myself at the time.

After running this time, because of heat stroke, I kept vomiting all the time. Later, I went to the hospital and vomited until 2 o'clock in the morning, and finally fell asleep. After waking up, I felt much better. Although I still couldn't eat, I could drink some soup. My father found out about my situation, and was so distressed. He stayed with me and was so sad that he didn't talk. Alas, he felt very sorry for his parents at the time. But let me choose again, I may still go to fight.

One week after the game, I can't move, and I can jog after a week. I didn't run during that time, I was soaking in water. Fortunately, I did not have a sports injury.

This is my third runaway.

Reasons for the crash: 1. The body did not recover; 2. No special training for the marathon; 3. Altitude sickness; 4. Hot weather; 5. Menstruation; 6. The front rush was too fast.

The fourth run: Harbin Marathon

Status: unexpected, 2 hours and 50 minutes

Harbin The marathon can run and collapse, in fact, a little unexpected.

Before the Harbin Marathon, in order to break through 2 hours and 35 minutes, the sponsor arranged for us to go to Ordos for altitude training. During that time, my running volume increased from two to three hundred to over 700 kilometers. Suddenly increased so much, the body hasn't adapted to it, and the physical energy is pressed to the extreme.

Then I came down late from the plateau. Only three days before Harbin, I came down from Ordos and I was drunk. Under this circumstance, he still ran according to the 235 finish pace, and the Bundesheng was irresistible. In the end, she won the domestic women's first place in 2 hours and 50 minutes, but she was far from her goal.

This is my fourth crash.

The reason for the crash: 1. The amount of running was too strong and the body could not bear it; 2. The drunken oxygen

plus the Hefei Marathon mentioned at the beginning of the article, this is my running career The five crashes were all concentrated this year. Speaking of which, I'm quite ashamed. I didn't run any of the sponsors this year. Although they didn't blame me, they were still cheering for me, but I felt very sorry for them.

Running avalanche has a great impact on the body and a greater impact on the psychology. Take the Lanzhou Marathon. After a long time, I still feel so uncomfortable to mention it. It's really a marathon.

After each crash, I will summarize some experience and lessons, and I will share with you below:

There are crash experiences, usually in these situations :

1. Insufficient preparation before the race

For example, I did not make special preparations for the marathon before the Yinchuan Half Marathon and Lanzhou Marathon. They were all on the running field. But the marathon and venue preparation methodsare different.

It is best to start preparing for the marathon two or three months in advance, and you must have a long distance of 30 or 35.

2. Preparing for the "Taizu"

For example, before the Harbin Marathon, my running volume increased by 2 to 3 times than usual, without a gradual increase, which caused physical fatigue.

No matter what level, the body is the same, and it needs to adapt. Therefore, whether you are a master or a novice, if you want to increase the amount of running, you should follow the 10% principle and don't rush into it.

3. Ability estimation error

For example, if you accidentally ran a good result before the game, you feel that your PB is stable this time, and you ran too fast in the first half, but the result was in the second half. It collapsed.

The first half of the track must be steady. During this run, you will know your physical condition, and you can slowly increase or decrease according to the situation. In this case, the ups and downs will not be very large, but can run to a more satisfactory result; the ups and downs are large, and it is easy to collapse.

4. Poor physical condition

If the body is a little fatigued, a little cold, or a woman's menstrual period, it will be infinitely enlarged during the game. In this case, you still run according to the established goal, and the run-out rate is 100%.

So, if you feel unwell, give up the game or jog. There will be PB opportunities in the future.

5. Altitude sickness or weather

This external factor is often the culprit that caused us to run away.

Personally, I feel that the plateau is much more difficult to run than the plain. If you haven't trained specifically on the plateau, then don't think about PB.

If you have to run well, you must keep your pace in the front. If the front is too fast, the back will fall several times faster; on the plateau, the front will be slower.

6. Long-distance running

We who run marathons usually have jobs or studies, so long-distance running is inevitable. Then, after a hardship, you must sleep well, replenish carbohydrates, and not be casual in your diet and schedule.

7, equipment reasons

Wearing new shoes, new socks, new pants, etc. will easily lead to wear. Therefore, it is best to wear old clothes when running.
