"Double First" commendation is a comprehensive commendation activity with the highest specifications in the sports system.It is jointly launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the General Administration of Sports since 1998, and is commended every four years.
In this commendation, there are 3,252 national mass sports advanced units, 2,534 national mass sports advanced individuals, 83 national sports system advanced collectives, and 133 national sports system advanced workers and model workers.
