Xingyi Wuxingquan refers to the five boxing techniques of split, drill, collapse, gun, and horizontal. According to the Five Elements theory, the split fist is gold, the drill fist is water, the collapse fist is wood, the cannon fist is fire, and the horizontal fist is soil.
Wuxingquan is the core of Xingyiquan. The five kinds of boxing are not only the technique of moving, but also the method of exerting force.
The following introduces the serial usage of Wuxingquan in actual combat against the enemy.
1. A confrontation between Party A and Party B (Figure 1). Party B made a straight fist to the head of Party A with his right hand. Party A quickly advances to meet the opponent, and while pressing down on the opponent's punching arm with his left hand, he twists his waist and urges his right hand to collapse to hit the abdomen of Party B with force (Figure 2).
Immediately after moving up, after A's right hand collapsed and punched Party B's abdomen, he took advantage of the situation to recover and continued to suppress Party B's punching arm.
2. Party A and Party B confront each other (Figure 4). Party B made a straight fist to the head of Party A with his right hand. At the same time as Party A progresses, he uses his left hand to hang outside to block Party B's punching arm, and then twists his waist to urge his right hand to send a punch to hit B's face (Figure 5).
Immediately after moving up, Party A's left-hand cannon fist is retracted, and at the same time, Party A twists the waist and pushes the left-hand split fist to strike the side of Party B's neck from top to bottom (Figure 6).
Immediately after moving up, Party A's left-hand split fist is retracted, and at the same time, Party A twists his waist and pushes his right-hand collapse fist forward and downward to strike Party B's chest and abdomen (Figure 7).
3. Party A and Party B confront each other (Figure 8). Party B made a straight fist to the head of Party A with his right hand. Party A quickly presses down with the left arm to suppress Party B's punching arm, and the right foot progresses rapidly, driving the right horizontal fist from the right to the upper left to strike the side of Party B's neck (Figure 9).
Immediately after moving up, while A's right horizontal fist is retracted, he twists his waist and urges his left hand to push forward to hit Party B's abdomen (Figure 10).
4. Party A and Party B confront each other (Figure 11).While the left foot of Party A is advancing forward, Party A uses the right drill to punch upwards to hit the face of B, and Party B uses the right arm to block the punching arm of Party A upwards (Figure 12).
Immediately after moving up, Party A's right foot quickly steps up, and his right hand moves downward to grab Party B's right arm, twist his waist and exert force, and punch the opponent's head with a left-handed cannon (Figure 13).
Immediately after moving up, A's left hand cannon fist is retracted backwards, pressing down on Party B's right arm, quickly twisting his waist and exerting force, hitting Party B's abdomen with his right fist (Figure 14).
5. Party A and Party B confront each other (Figure 15). Party B progresses to hit Party A's head with a straight right fist, and Party A uses a horizontal right hand to strike the opponent's arm (Figure 16).
Immediately after moving up, Party A uses his right hand to turn his horizontal fist into a collapsing fist and strikes Party B's abdomen forward with force (Figure 17).
Immediately after moving up, continue to progress, twisting the waist and exerting force to push the left hand Bengquan forward to hit the abdomen of Party B (Figure 18).
