Semi-self-help: PTC, FPT, DPT, MPT, KPT, LPT
Independent and semi-self-help participation is the basic principle of this event. Each group is different, and players need to use different paces to complete the game within the specified time. The definition of semi-self-help is: between two supply stations, participants have the ability to help themselves. Self-help includes not only food, but also clothing and safety. Participants need to have the ability to adapt to the problems they encounter or may encounter (bad weather, Physical problems, pain, disorientation, etc.).
This principle is incorporated into the following rules:
Each participant must carry mandatory equipment throughout the competition (see the section ‘Equipment’). Backpacks with mandatory equipment should be marked with tags when receiving the directory and cannot be replaced during the game. During the entire competition period, the referee or security personnel can inspect the backpack, its weight and the contents. Participants are obliged to accept the inspection in a friendly manner. Any violation may result in disqualification.
The organizer provides drinks and food for on-site consumption at relevant supply stations. At the same time, ordinary drinking water or energy drinks are provided for contestants to fill their own water bottles or water bags. When leaving each replenishment station, contestants must ensure that they bring enough water and food to ensure that they can stick to the next replenishment station:

It is forbidden for unregistered persons to accompany or be accompanied outside the replenishment station and the accompany area designated by the organizer.
Note: Participants who are escorted outside the clearly designated area and are photographed violate the semi-self-help principle. Event managers have the right to punish violations to ensure the fairness of the event.
It is forbidden to use other people’s assistance at all other supply depots and any other places along the race route.
FPT, KPT and LPT: During the entire game, no other person is allowed to assist at any time.
7. Equipment
In order to ensure the safety of the participants and the good progress of each category, each participant must bring all the mandatory equipment on the list, as detailed below. At the same time, each participant must show his equipment in advance, including the equipment bag issued by the organizer, in order to obtain the race bib, and agree to carry it with him throughout the race.
It must be emphasized that these equipment are only the minimum requirements. During the event, the organizer will randomly conduct mandatory equipment inspections (including athletes after reaching the finish line). Athletes who fail to pass the mandatory equipment inspections will be deemed invalid. Every trail runner needs to supplement their own equipment according to their own needs.

9. Event organization terms
1. Number bib

Note: The medical certificate must be downloaded from the runner’s page before October 15, 2021 (medical certificate sent by email or mail is not accepted) After the registration process is over, each participant will also You will receive a confirmation email with an official medical certificate form attached. We strongly recommend that you use our official medical certificate template. You can also provide a medical report of your own blood pressure and electrocardiogram provided by a hospital or a regular medical examination institution within half a year of the competition day, which must include a doctor’s signature.
In the absence of a medical certificate, a personal medical certificate can be provided. If none is presented, the race number bib will not be issued.

Participants must wear the bib on the chest or abdomen during the whole race, and ensure that the bib is clearly visible. The number bib must be placed on the outermost layer of the clothing worn by the contestants, and it is prohibited to wear it on the legs or on the competition bag. The names and partner logos of the contestants cannot be altered or hidden. The number bib is also an identification certificate for the use of shuttle buses, other means of transportation, supply stations, infirmaries, rest areas, deposit and withdrawal packages and other services. Unless there is a refusal to obey the decision of the race officials, the number bib shall not be removed at any time. Abandoning the bib will be deemed as disqualified.
Deposit bag
Participants will receive a deposit bag with a capacity of not less than 30 liters and their number bib. The competition package is for participants to put in their own equipment and supplies. Participants should close the bag properly and store it at the start of the competition.

PTC: Each participant will receive 1 package storage, which will be stored at the end.
FPT: Each team participant will receive 1 deposit packet, which will be deposited at the finish line.

Retrieve the deposit bag at the finish line: The contestant needs to retrieve the competition bag at the finish line, and the contestant's number bib must be presented when collecting it. The collection period is within 2 hours after the end of each group. If it is collected after 2 hours, the contestant must go to the place designated by the organizer to collect it in person and bear the related expenses.
The organizer will ensure that all unclaimed deposit packages are shipped back to the destination, provided that the relevant contestants clearly indicate that they waived the claim. Due to logistical constraints, the delivery and return of the competition package may be delayed. The organizer does not guarantee that all unclaimed deposit packages will be shipped back to the destination before the end of the competition.
The organizer only delivers the deposit packages issued by the event. Canes are not allowed in the bag. The organizer will not clean up and register the contents of the bag. Therefore, contestants are not allowed to question the condition of the contents of the bag. It is recommended not to put valuables in the bag. It is recommended to store toilet articles and clothing for the end in the storage bag.

The organizers ensure that solid and liquid supplies are arranged along the course of the event. The supply station provides drinks and food for the contestants to eat on site. The organizer provides drinking water and functional beverages, and contestants can use them to fill their portable water bottles and water bags. It is mandatory to bring your own drinking water container. When leaving the rest stop, the contestants must properly check whether they have brought enough food and drinks to ensure that there is enough supplies before arriving at the next rest stop.
Only the contestants who have been inspected and wear obvious bibs can enter the rest area and use the rest area for supplies.

When contestants enter the supply station and some safety stations,Will undergo a timed check.
Participants must pass each timing point one by one while on the move. If the participant lacks any timing point results, no award ranking will be performed. In severe cases, the contest results of the participant will be cancelled.
Except for the starting point, the score error of the two chips between the contestants at each timing point is less than 0.1 second, and the score of the related party will also be cancelled.
The event will also establish temporary timing points in places other than supply stations and safety stations. The organizer will not announce the location of these temporary timing points.
Track logo
In order to clearly mark the location of the track at night, the track logo is made of reflective material and will reflect the headlights of the competitors.
In order to protect the environment along the track, it will not be marked in the form of painted colors.

6. Total finishing time and site closing time
The longest total finishing time of each event will be announced on the official website and official account of the event.
The closing time of each major site will be determined and announced in the tournament manual and website. Any adjustments to the closing time (special circumstances) will be announced via text messages, emails and websites.
The function of the closing time is to allow the contestants to reach the finish line within the total finishing time, and make a proper stop (rest, meal...) on the way. In order for to continue to complete the competition, participants must leave the check-in point (regardless of their pit stop time) before the closing time of each station.
If a contestant has withdrawn from the race, but wants to stay on the track, the organizer must first make a corresponding mark in the retiring area of his number bib. Participants shall bear the relevant responsibilities on the track after retiring, and be responsible for their actions and safety.
10. Ranking and rewards
All players who participate in the competition and finish the competition within the specified time will receive a special finishing prize.
