Shandong Luneng Taishan Football Club registered with Shandong Football Association has applied for an important equity transfer due to the club's own development needs.
After the club's application and the Shandong Football Association's preliminary review, I will accept the important equity transfer of Shandong Luneng Taishan Football Club Co., Ltd. in accordance with the requirements of the "Chinese Football Association Professional Football Club Transfer Regulations".
Shandong Luneng Taishan Football Club Co., Ltd. shareholder State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company transferred its 40% stake to Jinan Cultural Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd. After the transfer, Jinan Cultural Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd. holds 40% of the club, Luneng Group Co., Ltd. holds 30.69% of the club, and State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company holds 29.31% of the club. The legal representative is Wu Zhidong.
The above changes are now publicized within the jurisdiction of the Chinese Football Association.
This publicity period is from now until January 27, 2021.
During the publicity period, if you have any of the following questions, you can ask the Competition Department of the Chinese Football Association:
1. Whether the club's equity transfer is related or cross-managed with other football clubs.
2. Whether the club has unfinished creditor's rights and debts with a unit or individual registered with the Chinese Football Association.
3. Other major objections.
The Chinese Football Association does not accept other claims and debt disputes between outside the football industry and Shandong Luneng Taishan Football Club.
During the publicity period, disputes concerning creditor's rights and debts will be resolved through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, please submit an arbitration application to the Arbitration Committee of the Chinese Football Association.
The publicity period expires, and the above-mentioned problems have not been solved, or the problems raised have been solved, the Chinese Football Association will approve the transfer of important equity of Shandong Luneng Taishan Football Club.
