Article 1 Referee management
(1). All referees must be registered in the Chinese Badminton Association Referee Management System. After the registration is approved, the referees managed by the Nanning Badminton Association can participate in normal refereeing and refereeing. Level promotion.
1. According to the regulations of the Chinese Badminton Association, unregistered referees will not be considered for promotion.
2. Referees with second-level or higher referee qualifications who have not been registered in the Chinese Badminton Association system for more than two years, or who have been registered but do not sign up for long-term (usually within two years) activities of the Badminton Association will be deemed Automatically leave the referee team of the Badminton Association and no longer become a badminton referee with corresponding qualifications within Nanning City.
(2) All referees at all levels registered with the Municipal Badminton Association shall consciously obey the management of the Badminton Association, and actively participate in various activities organized by the Badminton Association, and the judging work of badminton events organized and undertaken by the Badminton Association.
(3) Referees of this association who need to participate in or participate in badminton events organized or undertaken by non-municipal Badminton Association within the jurisdiction of Nanning shall report to the Municipal Badminton Association's Judging Committee before the match.
(4) The Badminton Association encourages referees to contact and accept various badminton events in the name of the Municipal Badminton Association. The Municipal Badminton Association will award corresponding awards to the undertakers according to the scale of the events undertaken. The undertaking of various competitions of different levels shall be carried out in accordance with the corresponding specifications and qualifications of the referee. Article 2 Referee training examination
(1) According to the development needs of our city's badminton sports, the Badminton Association organizes a second-level referee training examination every 2-4 years. The examination arrangements are included in the annual plan of the year and announced in due course.
(2) Referees who violate these management measures cannot participate in the training examination, and are no longer recommended to participate in referee promotion.
(3) Due to special reasons, the second-level referees are unable to participate in the judging work for a long time or the unregistered personnel. If they want to participate in the judging work again, they should re-take the referee training and examination organized by the Municipal Badminton Association. registered.
(4) Those who are not second-level badminton referees approved by the city’s Badminton Association training and examinations who want to transfer to Nanning City to participate in the judging work must receive training and examinations organized by the city’s Badminton Association. .

Article 3 Registration for the competition
(1) The registration for the competition is divided into the first level or above (including the first level), and the second level two referee levels are registered. (2) Two or more different events held at the same time, the referee can only choose one of the events to register.

Article 4 The competition organization
(1) The chief referee and choreographer of each competition shall be appointed by the Municipal Badminton Association according to the actual situation.
(2) The Municipal Badminton Association shall confirm the chief referee and choreographer in advance for the determined game. The choreographer may nominate the organizer of the event to the Municipal Badminton Association as needed.
(3) For matches undertaken by the Municipal Badminton Association, the chief referee and the referee team leader shall be responsible, and the team leader will be given corresponding rewards according to the specifications and burden.
(4) The job responsibilities of on-the-spot referees shall be implemented in accordance with the guidelines for technical officials in the badminton rules.
(5) For competitions where a chief inspector (member) is set up, the inspector shall call the athletes according to the progress of the competition and the time of the competition, according toThe rules of the competition require that athletes be checked for identity and clothing. (6) Establish a competition data management mechanism. After each competition, the corresponding data should be submitted to the archive for data storage and reference, and form a relatively consistent specification and management of the same competition over the years in order to better improve the competition system organization.
