Hohhot Evening News news (reporter Xu Ting) On December 29, a reporter from the Hohhot Evening News learned from the Inner Mongolia Sports Bureau that in 2022, the Inner Mongolia sports department and the education department will jointly launch 46 youth sports events, broaden youth participation channels, and extensively carry out youth sports club leagues. 626 clubs from 12 league cities in the region participated. The traditional sports inter-school league covers nearly 60,000 students in 51 schools.
In the movement of sports projects into campus, Inner Mongolia focuses on the development of traditional sports projects, including bok, Mongolian chess and other special sports in the school-based curriculum. Schools are also encouraged to optimize physical education curriculum and enrich extracurricular sports activities. More than 20 sports projects including football, basketball, volleyball, rugby, hockey, etc. have entered more than 600 primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, benefiting more than 600,000 young children, and promoting the construction of "one school, one product" and "one school, multiple products".
Inner Mongolia mobilizes street communities, social organizations and other forces to use sports centers, schools, sports schools, clubs, parks and other sports venues to carry out "online + offline" sports activities for young people in the region. More than 2.6 million young people have participated. In response to health problems such as "tiny glasses", "little fat mounds" and "little bean sprouts", we will strengthen sports intervention and fitness prevention, and strive to enable young people to develop good habits of daily exercise while mastering one or more sports skills.
