On November 30, 2022, the opening game of the Chinese Women’s Basketball League , the WCBA league, of the 2022-2023 season officially started in Jinjiang City, Fujian Province. The Tianjin Women's Basketball Team is in Group B and is competing in the second round of the regular season.
