▍ Indications [1-5]
is suitable for patients with congestive heart failure, ascites of cirrhosis, and kidney diseases who need rapid diuresis or cannot take oral diuresis; patients with edema caused by congestive heart failure.
▍ Usage Dosage
Injection:
Edema, cirrhosis and ascites caused by congestive heart failure: Generally, the initial dose is 5mg or 10mg, once a day, slowly intravenous injection, or dilute with 5% glucose solution or normal saline and undergo intravenous infusion. If the efficacy is not satisfactory, the dose can be increased to 20mg, once a day, and the maximum daily dose is 40mg, and the course of treatment does not exceed one week.
Edema caused by kidney disease, the initial dose is 20mg, once a day. In the future, the dose can be gradually increased to the maximum dose as needed, and the course of treatment shall not exceed one week [1-3].
Tablets:
orally, the starting dose is 10 mg each time, once a day. The dose can be increased to 20 mg each time, once a day according to the condition [4].
Dispersed Tablets:
Congestive heart failure, renal failure and edema caused by renal diseases: The general initial dose is 10 mg, once a day in the morning, taken orally. In the future, the dosage will be adjusted according to the condition, and the maximum daily maximum will not exceed 200 mg.
Ascites of cirrhosis: Generally, the initial dose is 10 mg, taken orally once a day in the morning, and taken at the same time with aldosterone antagonist or potassium-conserving diuretic [5].
