On September 29, the reporter learned from Hainan Provincial Health Commission that in combination with the "Year of Capacity Improvement Construction", in order to consolidate the grassroots traditional Chinese medicine talent team and strengthen the education of traditional Chinese medicine teacher education, the Provincial Health Commission and the Provincial Party Committee Talent Development Bureau jointly carried out the grassroots teacher education project of famous traditional Chinese medicine experts. A group of famous traditional Chinese medicine experts, including national medical masters and national famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors, will teach primary medical institutions one-on-one traditional Chinese medicine through the traditional Chinese medicine teacher-admission method, and at the same time, let grassroots people take a fancy to "famous traditional Chinese medicine" at their doorstep. This project is carried out as a "posting and leading" project to solve the lack of talent and weak service capabilities of grassroots traditional Chinese medicine.
It is reported that the grassroots traditional Chinese medicine service capabilities in our province are insufficient. On average, there is only one Chinese medicine practitioner in each grassroots institution. They are all graduates recruited in recent years. They have few opportunities to study outside and have weak clinical abilities in traditional Chinese medicine. On the other hand, our province has selected a group of traditional Chinese medicine experts including national famous traditional Chinese medicine and provincial famous traditional Chinese medicine. These high-quality resources are concentrated in tertiary hospital , which is difficult to sink. Through the implementation of this project, grassroots Chinese medicine practitioners and high-profile experts such as "famous Chinese medicine" have established a master-apprentice relationship, and using traditional Chinese medicine practitioners to achieve three effects: , provides grassroots Chinese medicine practitioners with opportunities to get along with "famous teachers", with flexible learning methods. You can "go to" third-level medical institutions for follow-up consultations and also ask teachers to "go to" the grassroots level to guide diagnosis and treatment, resolve the contradiction between engineering and , and improve diagnosis and treatment capabilities; , uses the master-apprentice relationship to guide the city's high-quality "famous Chinese medicine" resources to be transferred to the grassroots level to teach, and improve the ability of grassroots Chinese medicine practitioners; , "famous Chinese medicine practitioners" can also guide the development of the traditional Chinese medicine department of the medical institution where the heirs are located at the same time, participate in the signing of contracts for grassroots family doctors, so that "famous Chinese medicine" can directly serve grassroots medical institutions and the masses. After the project was launched, famous traditional Chinese medicine experts and grassroots Chinese medicine practitioners from all over the province actively participated. National medical master Lin Tiandong, national famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors Zhang Yongjie, Yang Hua, Sa Ren, all famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors in the province and more than 100 senior professional titles applied to the grassroots apprenticeship and services, and more than 100 grassroots Chinese medicine practitioners signed up for the teacher. Finally, the Provincial Health Commission identified the first batch of 49 famous traditional Chinese medicine experts to assist 69 grassroots traditional Chinese medicine practitioners. Up to now, famous traditional Chinese medicine experts have been in the grassroots level to guide and teach and attend medical consultations, 26 lectures at the grassroots level, and 249 grassroots Chinese medicine practitioners and teachers, effectively improving the clinical skills of traditional Chinese medicine theory thinking and clinically providing high-quality traditional Chinese medicine services to the grassroots people.
