A total of 12 teams participated in this competition. The participating team used FOCUS-PDCA, brainstorming , fishbone diagram, Plato and other quality management tools to analyze and explain the improvement goals of medical quality and safety and quality control work by finding problems, setting up groups, sorting out systems, reviewing data, finding key causes, putting forward improvement measures, formulating planning stages, organizing and implementing, checking and comparing, solidifying processes, and legacy problems, and displaying the results of goal improvements. Each case shows the importance of the departments and teams paying attention to the continuous improvement of medical quality and safety, and reflects the unremitting pursuit of continuous improvement of quality and safety in daily management work of each department.

Vice President Liu Zelin summarized and commented on the performance of each participating team. All departments in the hospital are required to further strengthen the application and learning of quality management tools, strengthen communication and cooperation among departments, and continuously improve the hospital's medical quality level.

After fierce competition, the Nursing Department won the first prize, the Quality Control Department , Pharmacy Department, and Hospital Infection Management Department won the second prize, and the Nephrology Department and Medical Department won the third prize.
