1. Young and active people are more likely to be troubled by this disease. Excessive exercise or trauma in the daytime is also an important factor in hip joint impact. Gymnastics, cross-legged sitting for a long time, splits, , yoga, dance, skating, skiing, frequent squatting and other exercises are prone to hip damage. It is recommended to protect the hip joint when performing these exercises.
2. You need to proceed step by step in physical exercise. You should warm up fully before exercise. You can choose to walk slowly, jog, swimming and other exercises. You can also use plank support to exercise the muscles around the hip joint.
3. When doing sports, it is also important to choose a pair of suitable shoes. Try to choose shoes with good shock absorption effects, such as professional sports shoes or running shoes.
4. If you have already experienced pain in the front of the thigh or in the inguinal , or have symptoms such as limited hip joint movement (the following squat is restricted), it is recommended to go to the hospital's joint surgery/sports medicine department in time to obtain a scientific and reasonable diagnosis.
