Preparation

Massage the heart skull
Slowly lift both hands, connect the three fingers (index, middle finger, ring finger) in the chest and press them on the heart skull (that is, the soft part below the lower edge of the sternum, commonly known as the heart or mouth skull), and perform circular movements from right → upper → left → lower to lower, and massage 21 times.
