Zhu Qingjun is one of them. With a thin body and hurried footsteps, this student from Jilin University's geophysical exploration major in the 1980s has been walking in the wild for about half of the year. He has been practicing the golden eyes of finding water for more than 30 years. She once asked villages in Yimeng Mountain District, Shandong and Long'an County, Guangxi to bid farewell to the history of water difficulties.
What she remembers is also a village in Tang County, an old revolutionary base .
This village is called Xiasantumen Village, which has a history of more than 300 years of village construction. But since ancient times, villagers have never eaten the water from their own village. They follow the fact that they go to other villages to pull water and carry water to eat. More than 10 years ago, 14 wells were drilled next to this village, but every time the well was drilled, the villagers' hopes turned into disappointment. Looking at the dry eyes, the villagers no longer believed that they could dig wells with water next to the village.
However, the last drilling in the village changed people's views. A few years ago, Zhu Qingjun and geological and remote sensing technicians arrived in the village, consulted three types of professional consultations and selected points to lay down the drill holes. When the well was drilled, the result was overjoyed, and the well was filled with white water. An old man in his 80s was trembling with his hands holding water, saying that these well diggers were really “water gods” who quenched people’s thirst!
