1. Bidding conditions
The information construction of the Lanzhou International Port Area multimodal logistics park project information engineering has been approved by the Xigu Park of Lanzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone with the approval of the feasibility study report of the Lanzhou International Port Area multimodal logistics park project (Lanjing Xibanfa [2017] No. 10) and the approval of the increase in the feasibility study investment estimate of the Lanzhou International Port Area multimodal logistics park project (Lanjing Xibanfa [2018] No. 6). The owner of the project is Lanzhou International Port Area Investment and Development Co., Ltd., the construction funds come from self-raised enterprises and bank loans. The project investment ratio is 3:7. The tenderer is Lanzhou International Port Area Investment and Development Co., Ltd. The project has met the conditions for bidding, and public bidding is now underway. Interested potential bidders (hereinafter referred to as applicants) are specially invited to submit pre-qualification applications.

2.4 Investing amount is estimated: approximately 32.076713 million yuan.
2.5 Source of funds: Enterprise self-raised and bank loan
