Unlike general residential building projects, the Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts project consists of 14 buildings with different shapes, which is extremely technically difficult. The corridor is connected to each single second floor, and the accuracy of reserved embedding is extremely high for the connection corridor of each building. In particular, the facades of buildings 1# and 2# in the campus are more than 1,900 hyperbolic GRC facades of different shapes, which are extremely difficult to construct. In order to solve the problem of the difficulty of precise positioning of irregular facade embedded parts and keels, the project technical team used rhino software to perform three-dimensional modeling, derive three-dimensional coordinates through modeling, and carried out on-site positioning construction through total station reflection, effectively solving the problem of cumulative errors, realizing precise construction, and breaking through key technical difficulties. The technical achievements "improving the acceptance pass rate of the one-time acceptance of irregular facades GRC board beef leg installation" won the first prize and the second prize in the Shandong Construction Industry QC Group Results Competition and the China Engineering Construction Quality Management Group Activity Results Competition respectively.
