This is another major breakthrough in the national production of DCS system NT6000 in the gas-steam combined cycle unit control system after projects such as Huadu, Yong'an, Binhai Bay. In addition, before this, Keyuan has won the bid for the smart construction site project of the project, providing it with comprehensive and intelligent control during the infrastructure period.

Guangdong Yuedian Daya Bay Comprehensive Energy Station is located in Daya Bay Petrochemical District, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. It plans to build a 4×600MW grade gas-steam combined cycle thermoelectric cooling unit. This period, it will build a 2×600MW (H-class) gas-steam combined cycle cogeneration unit. It is the first integrated comprehensive energy demonstration base in China that combines the utilization of hydrogen energy and . After the project is completed, the annual power generation will be about 4.7 billion kilowatt-hours and the heating capacity will be 11.12 million kog. It will effectively improve the power support capacity of Huizhou City, meet the heat load demand in the western part of Daya Bay Petrochemical Zone, and at the same time absorb the combustible hydrogen-containing exhaust gas generated by major surrounding projects, improve the comprehensive utilization rate of energy, and explore and lead the new model of comprehensive energy supply in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

All DCSs of the energy station use NT6000 intelligent control system and are equipped with field bus. At the same time, a unified production data processing platform has been deployed to achieve automated control of the entire range and process to help the energy station operate safely and efficiently.

The five intelligent modules include "intelligent analysis", "intelligent control", "intelligent operation", "intelligent alarm" and "intelligent monitoring" to form an intelligent power generation platform, realizing control over the entire range and process, improving the automation control level of the unit, and greatly reducing the operation volume of operating personnel.

APS&FCB

Gas-steam combined cycle generator set has the characteristics of high efficiency and environmental protection. Its rapid start-stop capability has outstanding advantages in peak shaving of the power grid and natural gas pipeline network. This project is equipped with two functions: APS (automatic start-stop control system for power plants) and FCB (fast load-shelving unit to factory power consumption). APS can minimize the start-stop time of the unit and respond to load scheduling of the power grid or natural gas pipeline network in a timely manner. In the event of a power grid outage, the FCB can "guarantee the power supply in the factory", which plays an important role in shortening the accident time of the power grid and reducing operating costs, with significant social benefits.

Smart Construction Site: Helps comprehensive intelligent management and control in the infrastructure period
