"Long chains of coffee shops,

Each table and chair forms a small island, extending into the sea of asphalt ."

This is the description of Henry James in "Paris Accent" when he describes the streets full of cafes. Outside the residence, the city's public space is being occupied by emerging social places such as cafes, taverns, theaters, etc., satisfying the desire of a new generation of young people to lead the surging era.

As a vibrant city where new youths gather, Foshan Beijiao not only inherits the regional culture of historical heritage, but also opens up a new urban charm. The 92 square kilometers of Beijiao has two world's top 500, with hundreds of rivers intersecting, dense water networks, and endless commercial innovations.

rooted in cities, brands and new consumer groups. Zhonghai places the experience center of Huideli in this case in the core area of Beijiao New City, opening the corner commerce with crowded streams to the squares and streets, and joining hands with Junjia Design to provide a integrated urban vitality coordinate for the fireworks old Beijiao people and urban New Beijiao people.

In the rich business culture atmosphere, how can we focus our attention on the lifestyle of the new generation of Beijiao youth and give space more topicality and sense of participation? And in the future, maximize the savings of operating costs and return to business attributes? This is a question that Junjia Design kept thinking about at the beginning of design.

Relying on the in-depth understanding of the current situation of the sales office and breaking the single space service, Junjia Design proposed the model of "future preset scenarios", and from the perspectives of modern life consumption and commercial operations, it creates a strong atmosphere of "social scene" of day and night wine - a composite bar where young people gather.

Super Bar Area - "Suspended Realm", is the visual focus of the entire space. A wide range of fine wine fills the wine cabinet. The metal material and the mirror stainless steel complement each other, extending from bottom to top into geometric polygonal arcs, using geometric figures with strong visual collision and strong gathering lights to create a visual focus and ignite the atmosphere.

bar format caters to the social trends of the new generation with "early C and late A", integrating high-quality sense with a warm sense of life to meet the consumption needs of multiple scenarios throughout the whole period.

During the day, people sip coffee here, take a quiet nap, and end the busy day of work at night, and have a drink here. This is the pre-operation of the future life scenario of "what you see is what you get".

takes urban culture as the context. The design of the front hall focuses on echoing the "pier culture" in the Guangzhou-Focus area. The wooden striped background wall brings a touchable spatial texture with the wood grain of boats. The boat-shaped reception table interlaced with bronze and dark blue shape creates a sense of spatial sequence of walking on the waves, opening up the grand spatial narrative of the China Overseas brand.

Enter the space, the rich structure of oar -shaped shape is strong and powerful, making the space orderly. The urban sand table in the center of the space is like the heart of a moving ark, and cooperates with the explanation on the big screen to convey the signal of the era of "the future is now" to visitors.

The huge hull shape of the sea blue runs through the entire display space, connecting the spatial narrative logic, echoing each other under the neatly arranged oar-like ceilings. The dreamy blue ship breaks through the original shackles of time and space and place, brings new spatial imagination, and enhances spatial memory points.

On the back of the hull, in the time corridor under the oar-like shape, the long history of brand growth is exhibited here, and a communication scene between users and brands is established in terms of ideas, so that visitors can immerse themselves in the cultural atmosphere of the field. The setting of

The setting of "Sea Garden" provides more possibilities for consumers' diverse needs in the bar scene, and is another exploration and thinking about the modern human settlement experience.

Use the street area on the entire transparent outer side as the negotiation area. The designer used warm texture wood and soft and warm lights to create the closest part of the space to connect with people.

Through deliberate changes in materials, lighting, atmosphere, etc., we have created a "life transition" close to prosperity, creating a "life transition" close to prosperity. Wherever you see, toughness and softness, freedom and leisure and passionate unruly collide freely here.

connects inside and outside, and the space becomes a huge aesthetic window opening to the city and a stage for presenting lifestyle.

Inside the window, people sit flexibly and talk, aesthetic display, and art and cultural activities interspersed, attracting people to stop; outside the window, the city streets and the flow of people naturally merge, creating their own scenery, which is an important space for citizens to exchange information, emotional interaction and outdoor activities.

The combination of fashion taverns and coffee and leisure is the atmosphere, experience and lifestyle.

The constantly changing design concept has become a scene-style entrance to import traffic, and the atmosphere-like social gathering scene further enhances consumer stickiness. For home buyers, they not only experience the community's future life support in advance, but also establish an interactive platform and social circle for the crowd.

After the post-sale function is completed, a slight change on the existing basis can be completed to complete the purpose conversion of the space. The social attribute function can be operated as usual, and at the same time, it can introduce coffee/tall brands and jointly launch brand marketing activities. It also greatly saves operating costs for developers and completes the battery life of the venue. The settings of the children's area are to supplement the diversified needs of the family in the future. The ocean is the theme, the wavy bookcases that rise and fall on the blue sea are children's reading areas, and the conical hut symbolizes a safe haven and is a peaceful place in the vast world.
