(4) The flow rate is low
Example 7-7 Steam flowmeter originally showed normal, and the operator reported that it was low recently.
① Fault check: Check whether the transmitter zero bit is normal. No leakage was found in the pressure catheter. After checking again, I found that the balance valve leaked.
② Troubleshooting: Replace three valve groups and the instrument display returns to normal.
(3) Maintenance summary: Low flow shows that the transmitter zero point is normal. Do not consider that there is a problem with the transmitter, you should focus on checking the pressure pipeline and valves, because the pressure pipeline and valve are in direct contact with the process medium, it is more likely to cause failure than the transmitter. Example 7-8 shows low gas flow.
(1) Fault check: Check whether the transmitter zero position is normal, the table is still low after reopening,
② Fault handling: After pressure conduit is discharged, the flow display returns to normal.
(3) Maintenance summary: The gas discharged from the positive pressure pipe by sewage feels a little smaller than in the past. It is judged that the pressure pipe is blocked. Therefore, sewage knocks on the pressure pipe with a wooden rod to cause the impurities attached to the pressure pipe to fall off under vibration and be washed out by the airflow.
