In accordance with the requirements of establishing a green supply chain factory, Jitai has formulated the "Supplier Control Procedures" and "Qualified Suppliers List" and other systems, and strictly followed the relevant regulations for procurement, and recorded and evaluated daily work through relevant record forms. .
For new raw materials or raw materials provided by new suppliers, the factory has established a strict evaluation procedure, from supplier inspection, small test, pilot test, mass trial to confirmation of cooperation, a total of 14 procedures, only qualified raw materials can be reviewed Formally reached a cooperation.

From raw material inspection to the entire production process, there are strict quality standards and inspection procedures. We create a strict quality control chain to prevent any defective products from flowing into the next link to ensure good product quality.
There are 12 inspection procedures for raw materials, 18 inspection procedures for semi-finished products, and 18 inspection procedures for finished products. A total of 48 inspection procedures are set up. In addition, inspections, random inspections and final inspections are also set up to ensure that the product quality is 100% qualified.
For example, in the inspection and acceptance of raw materials, from the compatibility of packaging bottles, bottom stoppers, and sharp mouths, corrosion resistance and sealing; to the content analysis of different components of liquid raw materials, each node has a strict assessment system and task Subdivision, responsibility to people, provides a strong guarantee for product quality.

In the raw material warehouse, each interval has a corresponding number.
