Since I received a call from a headhunter, I started to come into contact with this industry. When my family members fell ill and were hospitalized, I knew Insurance is very useful, especially when a family member is sick and hospitalized. I hope to have insurance to provide relief. Especially in the circle of friends, I see a lot of water droplets raising (actually a drop in the bucket) to easily raise money (actually it is not easy), especially if I don’t want to take risks. It’s a time when family members feel helpless and helpless. This is a kind profession, helping others protect the people and things they care about. I decided to learn about this industry that I was not familiar with before, although the public has some stereotypes about traditional practitioners in this industry.

It is discovered that insurance is a protective financial tool, one of the financial troika, and one of the indispensable cornerstones for maintaining social stability and people's livelihood security. There is no need to deify its investment value ( insurance is called insurance , the most important thing is protection sex, not profitability), there is no need to demonize (Many times there is not enough understanding of it, coupled with the quality issues of some practitioners), but this industry is transforming and upgrading towards professionalism and long-termism. The country has many favorable policies and has been written into middle school textbooks. The new generation with advanced information is at risk. Awareness is increasing, and the industry is ushering in a second period of development opportunities.
Next, I went to visit more than a dozen companies: traditional product-oriented companies such as Ping An , Taikang, and AIA, and demand-oriented innovative companies such as Metropolis , Peking University Founder Life , Tsinghua Tongfang Global Life, Centennial life , Love Life Insurance , as well as third-party brokerage companies such as Mingya , Datong, and Juantian, listened to their business briefings, learned about each company's products and service models, and interviewed senior practitioners of each company. I thought that even if I don’t engage in this profession in the future, at least I can refresh my understanding of this industry, so that I won’t be confused when buying insurance for my own family in the future.

Finally, I feel that Metropolis is different from other companies. The company has strength, training is perfect, and claims are very good. It has introduced advanced European and American concepts and models of life insurance planners and consultants into China. The first company is not a product-oriented company that strongly promotes products, but tailors different solutions according to the different situations of each family. Although other companies have also learned from Metropolitan's professional approach. line, I was also wondering if it was a gimmick, so I wanted to learn more about this company, so I received training here. Unexpectedly, the training time here is relatively long (25 days, more than 200 hours, other companies may train for only three to five hours) I signed the contract directly the day after, the training here is more systematic and also There are various exams, and you can only sign a contract after passing the exam), and the teachers and classmates are all very good in their previous jobs, including executives, senior cadres, highly educated, and highly capable. The threshold is relatively high. It is not the so-called choice of this industry helplessly. It's just a different place to release light and heat, that's all.
