Wang Sunjia, a young martyr in the late Warring States period Qi State , although he was young, he was extremely witty. At the age of fifteen, he entered the court to serve King Qi Min (reigned from 301 BC to 284 BC). He followed him around and was deeply appreciated by King Qi Min. In 284 BC, King Zhao of Yan united the four kingdoms of Qin, Wei, Han, and Zhao, and sent General Leyi to lead more than 100,000 people to attack Qi. Within half a year, Linzi, the capital of Qi State, was captured, and then more than 70 cities in Qi State were captured. There are only two cities left in Qi State: Jucheng and Jimo. King Qi Min had no choice but to abandon the country and fled in a hurry to Wei, Lu, Zou and other countries. Wang Sunjia was separated from King Qi Min in the chaos, and had no choice but to return home alone.
Wang Sunjia, who was separated from King Min, sighed at home, anxious and worried. The smart and attentive mother noticed that Wang Sunjia, who was looking sad, was worried, so she asked why. Seeing that Wang Sunjia couldn't hide it, he told his mother everything. Although Wang Sunjia's mother was a girl, she was well-educated and very patriotic. She often provided patriotic education to Wang Sunjia. The mother, who understood the righteousness well, was shocked when she heard this, with a stern look on her face, and said to her son very sadly: "Son, you go out in the morning and come back at night, and I am always anxiously waiting for you at the door; if you go out at night and don't come home, I will I have to wait for your safe return at the entrance of the alley. You are working for King Min now, but now the king has left and I don't know whether he is alive or dead. How can you come home alone?" Wang Sun Jia's mother meant that her son should care about him like his mother. Just like his own safety, he cares about the safety of King Min and is loyal to the king and serves the country. After listening to his mother's teachings, Wang Sunjia left home and went out to find the whereabouts of King Min.
King Min finally fled to Juyi (today's photo, Ju County area) of Qi State and asked for help from Chu State. The state of Chu sent general Naochi to lead his troops to rescue Qi, and King Min of Qi appointed Naochi as prime minister of Qi. However, Naochi not only did not help Qi to resist the Yan army, but he shared Qi's jewelry and bronzes with Yan general Leyi. In the end, he killed King Min and proclaimed himself King of Qi. Wang Sunjia, who was looking for King Min of Qi everywhere, heard the news of King Min's murder. He hated Nao Chi's evil deeds and made up his mind to avenge King Min of Qi. He came to the market in Juyi and said to the people: "Nao Chi disturbed the Qi State, killed King Min, and became a great harm to the Qi State. If you are willing to join me in defeating the traitors, please show your right arm." Come!" Nao Chi's actions had already aroused the anger of the people of Qi. The people were furious, and more than 400 people immediately responded to Wang Sunjia's call and formed a team to attack Nao Chi. Under the command of Wang Sunjia, this team fought bravely, rushed into the Qi Palace, stabbed Nao Chi to death, and avenged King Min. Later, he appointed Fazhang, the son of King Min of Qi, as King Xiang of Qi, to guard Ju against Yan, and called on the people to resist. Finally, it echoed with Jimo's Tiandan and supported each other, making outstanding contributions to the restoration of Yan and Qi. The image of Wang Sunjia as a loyal and strong patriotic young man left a very deep and beautiful impression on people, and was praised by future generations. The image of his mother's profound understanding of righteousness also went down in history.
