ESPN reporters reported that after this season, Blazers coach Terry Stotts may end his nine-year career in Portland. Although the team's lineup has always been in the upper reaches of the league, the Trail Blazers have not been able to become a top contender. In the 9 years that Coach Stotts taught the Blazers professionally, he led the team to the playoffs 7 times in a row, 1 Western Conference finals, 4 exits in the first round, 2 times in the second round. This year is the last year for Stotts to prove himself. If he still can't prove himself, the Blazers will have potential: Lakers assistant coach Kidd , Eagles interim coach McMillan , 76ers assistant coach Joerger, Clippers assistant coach Billups , pick one of these people as the new head coach.
The second place is Bucks head coach Mike Budenholzer, if the Bucks are out in the first or second round of the playoffs this year, or if the Eastern Conference finals are not good, it means Budenholzer Elzer's term as head coach will come to an end. Since joining the Bucks in 2018, Budenholzer has led the Bucks to a 154-63 regular-season record with a winning percentage of 71 percent. Under his leadership, many players have made breakthroughs, the most important of which is of course the two-time regular season MVP letter brother. Although Budenholzer has had some issues with his playoff command adjustments, the team remains optimistic about his future. The Bucks have won back-to-back wins over the Nets and 76ers, and are 5-1 this season against the two potential Eastern Conference finalists. This is also Budenholzer's last chance to prove himself.
The third is Pacers coach Nate Yorklen. Due to the difficulty of getting along with the players and management, his style of vocational training and the lectures in the locker room made all Pacers feel dissatisfied .The Pacers, a perennial playoff regular, are currently ninth in the Eastern Conference with 30 wins and 34 losses, which makes management unhappy. Yorklen currently spends a lot of energy dealing with the relationship between players and members of the front office. However, coach Yorklen, who has poor records and interpersonal relationships, is also facing a huge crisis of dismissal.
