Glad to hear that a boss can be rational rather than passive at this time. His general philosophy about changing coaches is good: If you're changing coaches, who's better? There's no better coach than Carlisle, and certainly no better x-and-o tactician.
The change that Mavericks needs to make is not to replace the head coach, but to supplement the player who is more talented to assist Dongqiqi!
