In order to further strengthen the joint construction of military-related prosecutors, deepen the promotion of military-related rights protection work, enhance the legal concept of the new recruits, and improve the ideological and political quality of new recruits, on September 16, the Shenqiu County People's Procuratorate, in accordance with the organizational arrangements of the superior court, led a team to the Shenqiu County New Soldier Training Camp to carry out the "Prosecutors Sending Law to the Military Camp" activity, and carried out pre-service legal education for more than 100 new recruits in the county. During the
activity, the prosecutor explained the issue of "Understanding the Military Service System to Perform Duties and Responsibilities in accordance with the Law", focusing on my country's military service system and " Military Service Law of the People's Republic of China " and " Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China ", as well as criminal cases that infringe on the rights and interests of active-duty military personnel that have occurred in recent years, analyzing the causes and explaining how to prevent such cases. From the issues of self-defense, provoking trouble, and destroying military marriage, prosecutors combined actual cases and won warm applause from the officers and soldiers with their profound legal foundation and easy-to-understand legal explanations. All soldiers of the
battalion team expressed great agreement with the explanation of the Shenqiu County People's Procuratorate, and expressed their sincere gratitude to the police officers of the Shenqiu County People's Procuratorate for carrying out this legal publicity activity of "building a dream of a strong military together, and promoting the law into the military camp".
