Let’s talk about the team leader Huang Yongsheng first. Many people already know his name. Huang Yongsheng is a general of the Central Red Army and an old subordinate of Lin Biao. He served as the commander of the Eighth Column and the Commander of the Sixth Column in the Northeastern battlefield, and was later promoted to the commander of the Corps. He is an outstanding political general and is Liu Zhen’s old partner. After the founding of New China, Wu Faxian entered the Air Force system and served as political commissar of the Air Force.

While serving as the deputy leader of the Military Commission's working group, Wu Faxian is also the deputy chief of general staff and commander of the Air Force. Among the members of the military team, there are also two founding generals. Wu Faxian, a founding lieutenant general, surpassed the founding generals and served as deputy team leader. That is very remarkable.

In 2004, Wu Faxian passed away at the age of 89. In addition to team leader Huang Yongsheng and deputy team leader Wu Faxian, there are eight other members of the Military Commission's working group.

The first one is Ye Qun, a native of Minhou, Fujian. She is the only female member of the Military Commission's working group, the wife of Marshal Lin Biao, and the director of Lin Biao's office.
