Comprehensively upgraded the official website and WeChat public account, opened a policy interpretation area, added a policy interpretation link to the adaptability training for veterans, and answered questions for more than 1,800 veterans. A service hotline has been set up to provide 24-hour "all-weather" online consultation services to ensure that every complaint is answered and everything is answered. Since the beginning of this year, a total of more than 1,200 hotline services have been provided.
