Before we went to New Zealand , many people said that it is the last pure land of the world, with azure sky, clear blue sea, friendly people, slow-paced life, and beautiful natural landscapes, which always give people a good experience.

When I was in the third grade of undergraduate, my boyfriend and I went to New Zealand where I was longing for. When I really came here, I realized that it was really beautiful as described in the book.

Snow Mountain, Queenstown skydiving, church, South Island self-driving tour, intimate contact with nature, seafood types and sizes beyond my imagination... There, I spent a very happy and comfortable half a month, tried outdoor sports that I had never tried before, and ate very fresh seafood and various delicacies.

After returning from a trip to New Zealand, I always think of that happy time in my mind. Until I graduated from college, after two years, I completed my postgraduate studies and finally entered a state-owned enterprise to do HR.

At that time, I lived a two-point and one-line life in the company and home every day. Because I was busy with work, I rarely had time to travel. I could only take advantage of every company's business trip and enjoy the charm of other cities. 's long-term working model makes me a little tired of my life and too boring. Although I have high annual salary, high bonuses and high benefits, I still want to change my environment and change my current life.

So, from then on, I always have the idea of wanting to immigrate. Although Canada's immigration policy is good, I am still more inclined to New Zealand. New Zealand is located in a small country in the southern hemisphere. It has a political stability and a good natural environment. It is also very friendly to Chinese people there, not to mention various welfare systems. After a series of efforts and preparations, I finally successfully landed in New Zealand.

When I first immigrated to New Zealand, I naturally faced various problems and everything felt very difficult.

I came to New Zealand alone, without relatives and friends, gave up my high-paying jobs in China, and I also had to start from scratch. In addition, I was also facing the New Zealand-toned English here, so I was naturally very troubled.

As the saying goes: "Ideals are full, reality is skinny." From the time I look forward to starting my happy life in New Zealand, to the loneliness and desolation of a person after immigration, this strong sense of gap made me fall into depression for a while.Without the warm company of family, I rarely have fun parties with friends. Finding a job can only start from the bottom of the house, and shopping is not as convenient as I imagined. Although you can shop online, the tariffs here are very strict, and there are not many places where you can go shopping...

At first, I found a part-time job, which was a sushi restaurant run by a Chinese boss. is in New Zealand. Most training is a two-hour trial time. However, during this period, we were like regular workers and were paid. , but after my trial, the boss told me that the trial work of their store would not pay, but I urgently needed a job, and the boss told me that the subsequent treatment would be very good, so I didn't care about this with him.

Only after being hired did I find that I entered a "big pit". Although there are very few or even fewer overtime work in New Zealand, in our store, the boss wishes me to work seven or eight hours a day. If I can’t do it well, I start to pick and suppress me in various ways, and sometimes even verbally PUA on me to provoke my relationship with my boyfriend. Because my boyfriend is in China, we can only call video every day, but the boss always tells me that he is the best to me. Staying with him can give me better room for promotion and a larger stage. I couldn't bear it anymore, and finally, like the boss proposed to resign. In order to "revenge" me, the boss only paid me 80% of my salary in the end.

After resigning from the Chinese boss company, I began to think about what I really want to do, what kind of person I want to be, what kind of achievements I want to make, and what kind of life I want to be here, and I began to focus more on career planning .

As I grow older, I don’t have extra time to waste. It’s useless to be anxious and anxious, and it’s also useless to find a job. I can’t stop moving forward.

At the beginning, I tentatively submitted my resume on the job search website, made an appointment with the headhunter, and experienced interviews. From being rejected for submitting my resume, to learning how to get the favor of the first meeting, as well as learning interview skills, how to effectively communicate my needs and salary with the other party, I also met several backbone figures of large companies. With my own learning, the guidance of people around me, and the experience of the overall environment, I experienced a series of grievances. I gradually cultivated my confidence, appropriately raised my attitude, and finally got the offer from the new company.
