(2) 190 has the largest visa between and 189. The difference between is that:
♦ cannot immigrate to independently, and must obtain guarantees from the state or territory government;
♦ There are 5 state guarantees for additional points, and other scoring standards are the same as 189;
♦In addition to the MLTSSL list, occupations on the STSOL list can also be nominated, and the specific occupations are subject to the occupation list of each state shall prevail;

(3) 491 except for the different scoring in terms of guarantees, the other basic application standards are the same as those of 189/190. The 491 visa is a temporary residence visa in remote areas and is not a PR. EOI can add 15 points. After obtaining a 491 visa, you must meet the requirements of living and working in a remote area of your state for 3 years. During the period of holding 491, you may have most PR benefits, but you must strictly comply with the residence requirements, otherwise you may be cancelled.
Note: 189 visa is the higher the score, the more invitation you get. The 190/491 visa is that as long as the EOI score reaches 65 and the state guarantee conditions are met, you will have the opportunity to receive an invitation from the state government and then you can apply for a visa.
