Due to the flooding of materials and delayed labor, every time it rains, it will cause certain economic losses to the company." Giant Company settled in Jiahe in 2010. Later, due to the construction of the park roads, the company's factory building is slightly lower than the road surface. When the rainy season comes, the rainwater that does not have time to discharge on the road surface will be injected into Giant Company, and soon water accumulates into a "pool", which brings great inconvenience to the company's production.
If the water accumulation problem is not solved, it will inevitably affect the production of the enterprise. The county Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision quickly sent an investigation team to conduct investigations in the park and enterprises. Through field investigation and visits, we learned that due to the low-lying terrain, the original drainage system could not carry out excessive rainwater, which is the fundamental reason for the flooding of Giant Company. To completely solve the company's drainage problem, it is necessary to re-plan and build drainage auxiliary projects. However, the auxiliary projects are large in volume, large investments, and involve multiple reasons such as land use contradictions, which has led to the problem being unresolved for a long time. The county discipline inspection and supervision commission took the initiative to report the problems to the county party committee, actively sought county financial support, and conducted multiple dispatches on land use issues. It suggested that relevant functional departments and parks form a joint effort to solve the "urgent, difficult and anxious" problems for enterprises. With the leading coordination and follow-up supervision of the county Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, the drainage ancillary project was successfully completed in less than a month. The "troublesome" that plagued the company for five years was finally successfully resolved, and the giant "falling into the pond" finally returned to "refreshness".
Since the beginning of this year, in order to open up the "last mile" of serving enterprises, the Jiahe County Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has also regarded optimizing the business environment as an important part of daily supervision, and has formed a special supervision and inspection team to go deep into enterprises regularly, understand the difficulties and problems encountered in the development of enterprises through face-to-face "family chats", establish a list of problems, and urge relevant functional departments to take practical measures in accordance with the list to solve the bottlenecks and difficult problems encountered in the development of enterprises, and effectively clear the bottlenecks and solve problems for enterprises. It has urged relevant functional departments to coordinate and solve 23, and ordered relevant departments to take immediate action to make corrections.
