In order to further implement the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Strengthening Legal Supervision of Procuratorial Organs in the New Era", strengthen the benign interaction between the two courts of procuratorial and judicial courts, gather judicial power, and jointly promote the construction of a safe city and a rule of law city, on the afternoon of September 21, 2022, the Chengzhong District Procuratorate and Chengzhong District Court held a work exchange symposium on the two courts. Liu Xiaoming, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Procurator-General of Chengzhong District Procuratorate, Shen Hao, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of Chengzhong District Court, and Liu Lie, member of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Executive Bureau of Chengzhong District Court attended the meeting. Some full-time members of the Procuratorate and Review Committees of the two courts, department heads and relevant police officers attended the meeting.
Participants in our court conducted in-depth exchanges with the court on the current civil administrative supervision, case management, execution supervision and other procuratorial work, discussed the problems and shortcomings in the work connection between the two courts of procuratorial and courts, and reached a consensus on a number of specific work such as the attendance of the procuratorial general’s audit committee, administrative non-litigation execution, procuratorial recommendations, and the identification and acceptance of new evidence in civil retrial cases, and proposed targeted solutions.
For the next step of work, both courts agreed that:
First, we must establish holistic thinking and promote the integration of procuratorial and legal concepts. looks at the work of both parties from a systematic perspective and takes "strive to make the people feel fairness and justice in every judicial case" as the work goal, and builds a new type of procuratorial and judicial relationship that restricts and cooperates with each other.
2 must communicate closely and enhance the effectiveness of collaboration. further deepens ideological understanding, continues to maintain normalization of communication, focus on the difficulties and bottlenecks of collaborative work, opens up channels for information exchange and feedback, and promotes the effective resolution of problems.
3 We must strengthen the performance of duties in accordance with the law and deeply integrate social governance work. takes procuratorial and legal enforcement as a link to strengthen supervision of false litigation, crack down on pension fraud and resolve social conflicts, promote the construction of a social governance pattern of co-construction, co-governance and sharing, and contribute judicial strength to the construction of a safe city and a rule of law city.
