On the morning of September 7, the Standing Committee of the Li County People's Congress organized cadres and staff to carry out the "Our Festival· Mid-Autumn " handmade mooncake activity in the canteen of the organ to spend the Mid-Autumn Festival together. During the
activity, the mooncake teacher first introduced the customs of Mid-Autumn Festival to the cadres, and explained in detail the process of making mooncakes. Afterwards, everyone followed the teacher's on-site demonstration and began to take action. They put on gloves, looked like a professional dim sum chef, kneading, filling, pressing, baking, oiling, and re-baking... Everyone gradually mastered the key points. The mooncakes made also range from different sizes and uneven internal sinks to consistent appearance and no difference. When everyone saw beautiful mooncakes born from their hands, they were extremely excited and satisfied.
