Ivana Trump, the longtime businessman and Donald Trump’s ex-wife, has died at her home in New York, the former president posted on Truth Social on Thursday. . She was 73 years old.
The New York Police Department said late Thursday that "no criminal activity appears to be involved" in connection with Ivana Trump's death. According to a statement, police received a 911 call about a "recipient" at approximately 12:40 p.m. ET and found a "73-year-old female unconscious and unresponsive."
The New York Fire Department said it responded to a report of a person suffering cardiac arrest at a residence at a time and location that matched the NYPD's Trump location. The victim was dead on arrival, the fire department said.
Police said EMS Trump was pronounced dead at the scene, adding that a medical examiner would determine the cause of death. CNN has contacted the medical examiner's office.
Trump is the mother of Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric Trump.

Ivanka Trump tweeted that she was "heartbroken over (her) mother's death," adding: "Mom was smart, charming, passionate, and wickedly funny. She lived life to the fullest - never passing up an opportunity to laugh and dance. I will miss her forever and keep her memory alive in our hearts.
