As of the end of June, the Yinchuan Federation of Trade Unions Economic Review Committee has completed its annual audit of county (city) and district trade unions as scheduled. This round of audit is the fourth consecutive year that the “cross-mutual review” mechanism of the Municipal General Economic Review Committee has been implemented. In the past four years, the cross-mutual review mechanism has greatly trained the team of grassroots economic review cadres and effectively improved the quality of county (city) and district trade union review work. The Municipal General Economic Audit Committee conducts practical auditing training for the backbone of the economic audit business in counties (cities) and districts through "cross-mutual review", and improves the theoretical level and audit professional capabilities of the backbone of the economic audit business through "teachers and apprentices". Each audited business backbone participates in 3 to 4 cross-audit projects.
This round of audit work will be carried out by the Municipal General Economic Audit Committee in accordance with the annual audit plan , and the backbone of the economic audit business will be selected from counties (cities) and districts to participate in cross-regional mutual audits. It effectively promoted the exchange and improvement of the audit work of trade unions in various counties (cities) and districts, and also exercised and tested the business capabilities and auditing skills of the audit backbones at all levels in Yinchuan City. For every team member participating in the municipal general manager's audit, it is undoubtedly a rare opportunity to grow rapidly and broaden their horizons in work practice. As the saying goes, "It is better to travel thousands of miles than to break thousands of books." By using examination instead of training, the examination and examination cadres have more profound training and experience. In particular, through practical mutual review, the professional capabilities of audited trade union cadres have been effectively improved. As an auditor, it is not difficult to list the problems in the complicated account books. The difficulty is to find accurate qualitative basis based on the actual situation, and strive to make the audit problems well-founded and legal. The key personnel of the audited trade unions at all levels who participated in the audit demonstrated their seriousness and responsibility in their work and the spirit of excellence. After practical training in recent years, the teams of audited cadres in various counties (cities) and districts have basically been able to undertake the internal audit work of trade unions within their respective jurisdictions. The internal audit work of trade unions has been effectively improved in county-level trade unions.
