According to According to domestic prevention and control regulations, starting from June 30, 2022, the Chinese Embassy and Consulates in Thailand will implement the following pre-travel testing requirements for personnel departing from Thailand for China.
1. The scope of accepting health codes
All passengers traveling from Thailand to China by flight. Since the international transit area of the Thai airport does not have the conditions for COVID-19 nucleic acid testing, the Chinese Embassy and Consulates in Thailand will not accept the health code application of people from a third country who directly transfer to China through the Thai airport without entering the country.
2. Pre-departure testing requirements
(1) Ordinary passengers
should undergo a nucleic acid test at two different legal testing institutions in Thailand within 48 hours before boarding the flight. The sampling time between the two tests should be at least 24 hours apart. At least one nucleic acid test sampling time should be within 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight to China..
cases: The flight to China took off at 3 pm on June 30, and the first test and sampling time within 48 hours before boarding was any time on June 28. The testing and sampling time 24 hours before boarding should be after 3 pm on June 29, more than 24 hours after the first sampling.
(2) Persons with a history of previous infection and close contacts, and persons with suspected symptoms
1. Persons with a history of past infection with COVID-19, including those who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or have a positive nucleic acid test, must obtain 2 certificates issued by legal testing institutions in Thailand After 14 days (from the sampling date of the later of the above two test reports) after the negative nucleic acid test report (indicate the sampling time respectively, and the interval between the two tests is at least 24 hours), you can arrange a trip to China. Chinese personnel are required to undergo pre-boarding testing.
2. People in close contact and those with suspected symptoms must undergo health monitoring for 5 days. If there are no abnormalities during the period, they can arrange a trip to China and undergo pre-boarding testing according to the regulations for ordinary people traveling to China.
3. Regarding testing institutions and reporting requirements
(1) Nucleic acid test certificates issued by legal testing institutions in Thailand are acceptable. For the convenience of applicants, the recommended testing agency information in the consular area of the Chinese Embassy in Thailand is as follows:

5. Review and inspection
(1) In order to ensure the quality of the test report, the Chinese Embassy and Consulate in Thailand will contact the testing agency to verify the report. Applicants should submit a health code application as soon as possible after obtaining the test report. Applications submitted within 3 hours before flight departure may not be confirmed by the testing agency in time, which will affect the applicant's ability to obtain a health code, causing travel disruption.
(2) Applicants must upload a true, clear, and complete test report. Any violation of regulations or fraud will result in the suspension of the qualification to apply for a health code.
(3) The airline will check the health code and nucleic acid test report at the same time at the check-in site.
1. Personnel going to China will open and log in to the mini program on-site, and display the dynamic health code. Screenshots, printed versions and other forms of health code display are not accepted;
2. Personnel going to China will present a paper version of the nucleic acid test report, and the result will be negative. Available for boarding.
The Chinese Embassy and Consulates in Thailand specially remind that all people going to China must monitor their health and pay attention to protection before boarding and during the journey to prevent being blocked from boarding and being stranded at transit places due to infection.
