Almost 800 white bone chickens came to Huashan Lake. Last year, more than 2,000 animals including white bone chickens came at once."
These white bone chickens came not only many, but also early. "From October, the white bone-headed chicken has arrived at Huashan Lake. November to December is the peak period. They stay from now until March next year." Xu Qiang said that the white bone-headed chicken that is coming now is the "vanguard force" and the "big force" is still behind.

According to previous media reports, at the beginning of last year, wild ducks, mainly mallard ducks, overwintered here, and other wild ducks such as ribbed duck , red-backed duck , etc. The reason why I chose to live here for winter is because the water quality here is good and the water area is vast. The large number of fish and shrimps provide sufficient food sources for wild ducks, and the large number of wild ducks have become a unique scenery in the scenic area. This summer, photography enthusiasts have photographed gulls. In summer, they will come to Huashan Lake to make nests and breed in large lotus ponds, and raise small birds. "They divide their respective territories on the lake and do not disturb each other," said Xu Qiang.
