Many anglers may not be very clear about the concept of active foraging and non-move foraging. To put it bluntly: if a fish is looking for something to eat everywhere, it is called active foraging, and if you seduce it into the den, it is considered non-move foraging. The saying of using wild fishing for black fish is that black fish basking in the sun well there is no desire to actively forage. If you get a toad in front of it, it will also eat it, but this is passive foraging.
Active foraging fish is good for fishing
Although both of these fish are eating, their meaning is completely different: the active foraging fish will have a wider range of activities, a higher appetite, and a greater possibility of eating bait, but passive foraging means that it is useless to not eat or not to eat anyway, it is delivered to your mouth. Overall, fish are better when actively foraging, and fish do not need too much nesting to gather. However, when passive foraging, they lack activity and enthusiasm for foraging, making it more difficult to fish.
So can we judge in advance whether the fish are actively foraging or passive foraging? This is OK. Generally speaking, the water quality has improved, the dissolved oxygen content of is sufficient, the weather has changed drastically, and they will actively forage before and after reproduction. In other words, when it actively forages, it must feel more comfortable or has rigid needs. For example, after the fish feel the cooling down, they will actively forage, because after the cooling down, they may not be able to forage for a period of time and need to fill their stomachs and store energy to survive the period when it is not easy to forage.
Passive foraging should be heavy foraging
These things sound quite complicated, as if we cannot master it, but there is a signal that is particularly obvious: the water surface has a high frequency of mouth-browing, and when the fish chases small fish, almost most of the fish will actively forage foraging. In addition, carp frequently jumps out of the water surface, and when the silver carp often fetches water, the fishing catch is generally good. However, when fish lacks oxygen, they have a poor desire to forage because they feel uncomfortable. If they are not supplemented with oxygen, they will die soon, but they will not eat so quickly.
Take wild fishing grass carp and bream as an example: when the weather is good, they actively forage when they are foraging in a floating nest and throwing frequently, it is easy to catch these two types of fish, but sometimes you won’t have fish to eat all day long, but if you stick to the bottom of the nest, you may be able to catch one or two. This is because grass carp and bream will run around and look for food when actively foraging. When you make a floating nest, it will easily find that there is food here. When you don’t actively foraging, it stays in a small area, and then the probability of catching it will be lower.
Passive foraging people looking for fish
So how do we use this characteristic of fish to increase the catch of our wild fishing and reduce the probability of emptying? In fact, it is not difficult to say: when the water surface is calm or the weather changes are mild, we choose to fish in the base nest or go to the multiple nests. If the water surface is frequently fetching water, we can choose to fish in fast fish and by pumping water frequently. Of course, you can also change the target: no matter what the weather is, fishing for small fish will generally not leave empty. The lower dissolved oxygen in their individual small water will not have a big impact on them.
According to the experience of wild fishing over the years: if the sun is out of the sun or warm and cloudy (summer and autumn) you go to the fishing spot to have a calm water surface and there is no splash of fish, then the catch today is generally poor. If you choose to build a heavy nest for a long time, there is no problem. But if you see the water surface where you are chasing fish with your mouth, carp rushing out of water, and carp jumping out frequently, you will feel like throwing your nest frequently. Because the low-oxygen resistance of silver carp and tilted mouths is not very good, they can be active to prove that the dissolved oxygen in the water is not low, so the fish will definitely be relatively active.
Only when the fish are active will they actively seek food.
