When walking in the mountains, my whole body felt so hot that it felt like my body was no longer my own. Thinking of the frequent occurrence of heat stroke in various places recently, I no longer dare to climb mountains as hastily and naively as before. So I took a stroll instead and took a look at what insects I might encounter along the way today.
There is a five-color plum tree next to the mountain spring not far from the entrance. Every time you pass by it, you will find some butterflies, wasps and moths among its flowers. What I saw today was a Papilion butterfly. Hurrying among the flowers as usual. It seems not easy to take a photo of it lying quietly on a flower sucking nectar. Because it kept flapping its wings all the time, it only stayed on a flower for a short second or two and then left quickly. Another insect that is even more hurried than it is undoubtedly the hummingbird hawkmoth (the long-beaked hawkmoth). But they don't seem to mind the hot weather at all.
Fifteen minutes ago, when we were still at the bottom of the mountain, on a branch sticking out next to the fence on the roadside, an " Internet Veined Dragon" was resting quietly. It was as quiet as if it were petrified. Only when I got very close to it, its head suddenly twisted a few times, but its body and wings remained motionless as if they had been anesthetized. Every time I see it, I am attracted by the dense veins on its wings. Compared with the thin, transparent and sparse veins of common dragonflies, it looks like some leg hair Some men who are particularly thick and like to wear shorts are so eye-catching.
When the weather is too hot, it is not as easy to find small insects on the railings as before. Today it is a broad-winged wax cicada lying in the shadow to hide from the sun. I wonder if such little guys have any special feelings about the hot weather these days? Although I can clearly feel a sense of inadequacy from the speed and state of my walking, these small insects seem to accept the violent storms, heat and cold in nature with peace of mind. Every time I see them, They are all lying there quietly and motionless. I don't know if they are sleeping soundly, waiting quietly or thinking about something. In short, they give people a sense of concentration without any distractions. However, its kind that are also lying on the leaves of plants will have a completely different look and feel. Whenever you approach them with your mobile phone, they will sensitively turn to the other side or simply jump to another leaf. . Is the obvious difference between the two states a direct result of the different objective environments, or is it caused by the subjective feelings of their inner worlds? I don't know.
There is a clump of blue flowers at the entrance to the mountain, half of which are pink flowers. This gives this kind of horticultural flowers a different temperament and look and feel. Every time you pass by, you can't help but take a second look. It's not flowering season yet. Occasionally, a few flowers bloom, and they are easily blown away by the wind. But after falling off, the fallen flower will not wither immediately, but can still maintain its color and shape, and then slowly dry. The veins and textures on its petals are also particularly easy to like. Even after it dries up, it still retains some unique charm. If it rains, an inverted trumpet flower sticks directly on the stone pavement, and the dampness creates a translucent effect. The pattern is particularly beautiful. Or in the evening, when you look against the light, its transparent petals will overflow with a special brilliance, and the overlap between petals will form a special five-pointed star shape.
Of course, I would not choose to plant it on the balcony at home, because it is too common, and it is too easy to survive. Gardeners just cut them off, and then just insert them casually, and they will survive. It won't be long before it grows like a charm. It seems a bit too casual for my liking, hahaha.
I haven’t seen such a beautiful moth for a long time. This was my inner emotion when I saw this " Oriental Moss Moth " on a railing two kilometers away. Compared with those slightly more elegant moths, it has a bright red and purple full-color gorgeousness and enchantment, which is a bit like the preference of the Qianlong period. Moreover, its colors are well matched, with red stripes on a yellow background and gray dots, as if it had just climbed out of a pile of geometric figures in a kindergarten. Particularly ostentatious and particularly beautiful.
On the hillside where
usually rests, in a buttercup flower bed, a small " three-banded leaf beetle " is sleeping soundly. It is a single dog. Because it is more common for two people to sleep in each other's arms. They love to be among the buttercup flowers that are in full bloom at this time. Sometimes I casually lie down on the petals for most of the day, or I have to lie in the stamens to sleep more soundly. I must have been tired of seeing the sunset and sunset that I was looking forward to, and my heart was already calm. Maybe they also know that there are no clouds at sunset today, so the sunset and sunset are certainly not worth watching.
