a notice on delimiting the dog breeding management area in Zhangdian District.
In order to further strengthen the management of dog breeding, protect the public's personal safety, health and legitimate rights and interests, and maintain social public order and environmental sanitation, To prevent dogs from disturbing people and injuring people to the greatest extent, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Zibo City Dog Breeding Management Regulations" and combined with the actual situation of Zhangdian District , the prescribed scope of the Zhangdian District Dog Management Area is now announced as follows:

Zhangdian District Mashang Street Office, Station Street Office, Heping Street Office, Park Street Office, Keyuan Street Office, Stadium Street Office, Hutian Street The offices (excluding the Eastern Chemical Industry Zone of Zibo City) and other areas are the key dog-raising management areas in Zhangdian District; the area north of Lutai Avenue in Fangzhen Town and west of Binbo Expressway is the general dog-raising management area in Zhangdian District, The other areas of in Fangzhen Town are key dog breeding management areas in Zhangdian District.
This notice will be effective from July 1, 2022.

Relevant requirements for raising dogs in the Zhangdian District Dog Breeding Management Area
Article 14 of the "Zibo City Dog Breeding Management Regulations" stipulates: Violent dogs are not allowed to be raised in key management areas. If the dog has been raised, the dog owner shall dispose of it by himself within two months from the date of implementation of this article.
The list of vicious dogs shall be determined and adjusted by the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Department in conjunction with the Municipal Public Security Department based on the dangers of the dogs, and shall be published after approval by the Municipal People's Government.
Article 15 of the "Zibo City Dog Breeding Management Regulations" stipulates: Individuals or units raising dogs in key management areas are limited to one per household or unit. Non-venomous dogs that exceed the limit before the implementation of this regulation can continue to be kept after completing the dog registration procedures.

. What are the requirements for raising aggressive dogs?
Those who raise aggressive dogs in the general management area should be kept in captivity or tethered; if they enter the key management area for immunization, registration, diagnosis and treatment, the dogs should be muzzled and led or chained with a dog rope (chain). Only put in dog bags and dog crates.

Linzi District : The main urban area is bounded by Yiyi Road to the south, Xinhua Road to the west, Qisheng Road to the north, and to the east. The west bank of the Zi River is the key jurisdiction area for dog breeding in Linzi District. Areas outside key management areas are general management areas.
Huantai County : North of Honglianhu Avenue: Dongchen Road in the north, Zidong Railway in the east, Honglianhu Avenue in the south, and Tanghua Road in the west. To the south of Honglian Lake Avenue: to the north is Honglian Lake Avenue, to the east is Laozi River , to the south is Guoli Avenue, to the west is the western boundary of Honglian Lake Scenic Area and the western boundary of Hongjia Star City is Huantai County Dog Breeding Key management areas. Areas outside key management areas are general management areas.
Yiyuan County : is bounded by Renmin Road in the north (including the built residential areas to the north of Renmin Road), Huayuan Road in the west, Xingyuan Road in the east, and Yihe Road in the south. It is the key dog management area of Yiyuan County. Except for key management areas, other areas within the administrative division of Yiyuan County are general management areas.
Wenchang Lake District : Wenchang Lake District Administrative Committee, Mengshui Town Government, Merchant Town Government Resident, primary and secondary school kindergartens in the district, tourist attractions, Wenchang Xinyuan, Wenchang Jiayuan, Zhonghai, Zhongliang, Confucius Cultural Park and other communities , markets and other densely populated places are key management areas. What requirements does
have for dog owners?
. Individuals who raise dogs should have full civil capacity , have a fixed residence and live alone in this city, and have no record of abusing or abandoning dogs.
. Individuals who keep dogs in key management areas are limited to one dog per household registration and per fixed residence. This means that no matter how many houses there are, each household is limited to one. In the case of multi-family renting, only one animal can be kept in the residence and the landlord's consent is required.
. Before the Japanese regulations were promulgated on July 1 this year, non-prohibited dogs exceeding the limit in key management areas and having obtained rabies immunity certificates could continue to be raised, and the dogs were required to be registered in accordance with the law.
