Analysis of the current ideological characteristics of private economic professionals in Fujian Province

Second, under the new situation, Fujian's private economic people have gradually converged on their responsibilities of having faith, respecting inheritance, having feelings, and courageously taking on responsibilities.
Tan Kah Kee , as an outstanding representative of Fujian businessmen, has set a patriotic example for private entrepreneurs in the new era. Generations of Fujian businessmen have followed in the footsteps of outstanding entrepreneurs and actively participated in economic and social construction and public welfare and charity, drawing the largest concentric circle of Fujian businessmen.

The main concerns and expectations of private economic people in Fujian

's research and interviews, although most entrepreneurs said that difficulties are temporary and there are also new opportunities in crises, the country's strong support for "stuck" industries has given entrepreneurs a certain degree of confidence in investing in innovation.However, some companies have experienced tight liquidity due to excessive early expansion and diversified operations, and have experienced concentrated outbreaks of corporate debt defaults and have fallen into trouble. The prices of raw materials and bulk commodities have risen, and the profits of small and medium-sized enterprises have been squeezed, causing operational difficulties and affecting corporate development, employment stability and other issues. When it comes to specific investments, most private enterprises have varying degrees of concerns and are more cautious.
Secondly, information security awareness needs to be further strengthened.
In recent years, Fujian has accelerated the cultivation of emerging digital industries and promoted digital industrialization and industrial digitization. This deserves vigilance and a warning. For example, some leading companies in the digital economy have been scrutinized or punished for alleged data security violations, which has put forward higher requirements for private companies to strengthen security compliance. "China's Provincial Business Environment Research Report (2020)" shows that among the 31 provinces in mainland China, Fujian ranks 14th in the business environment rankings. Difficult issues faced by private economic people in ideological and political work

The healthy growth of private economic personnel is the prerequisite for the healthy development of the private economy. Strengthening and improving the ideological and political work of private economic personnel is the primary function and task of the Federation of Industry and Commerce. Although some experience has been accumulated and some achievements have been made in guiding the ideological and political education of private economic people, there are still certain difficulties in tracking and analyzing the ideological status of private economic people, comprehensively and deeply understanding the real ideological trends of private economic people, and stimulating the enthusiasm of private economic people to participate.
First, there is insufficient endogenous motivation to work together. The Fujian Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce has carried out a survey on the ideological status of private economists in the province for two consecutive years. The survey scope covers 9 districted cities and the Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone. Although most regional federations of industry and commerce have carried out relevant special surveys and formed an overall situation report, due to the relatively small number of grassroots industry and commerce federations, the industry The workload is large and there are many overlaps in business work. When carrying out this work, the federations of industry and commerce in certain regions have insufficient scope of research objects and insufficient understanding of the ideological status of private economic people. The problems and countermeasures and suggestions raised are relatively superficial. There is not enough in-depth research on the problems existing in the work, and there are not many ways to solve difficult problems. The reasons include objective factors such as the relatively small number of grassroots federations of industry and commerce, and subjective factors such as the relatively low level of attention given by federations of industry and commerce in some regions, the lack of awareness of in-depth research on the ideological status of private economic professionals, and a certain fear of difficulties.
Second, the way to comprehensively grasp the ideological situation from multiple angles needs to be broadened.
Although the provincial federation of industry and commerce system attaches great importance to the ideological and political guidance of private economic people, the ideological status belongs to the ideological level, which is somewhat different from promoting corporate entrepreneurship and innovation, adhering to industry, and achieving high-quality development. How to improve it It is necessary to better understand the true ideological status of the majority of private economic people, find out their ideological confusion, and how to provide targeted ideological and political guidance to private economic people so that they can listen to and follow the Party from the bottom of their hearts. There is still a lack of clear, effective and operable innovative ideas. The working methods are relatively simple. Opinions and Suggestions on the Ideological and Political Guidance of Private Economists
